The bathroom walls not clean, gym also had no water and wipes spread around

On the plus side: It was New Years and the room beside us was very loud. The staff was very professional and got them to (somewhat) quiet down. I hope they didn’t make too much of a mess for the staff to clean up.
On the negative side: the vending machines were out of service
