I *love* the Walper! Everything about it is great. From the check in experience (text message to welcome & inform about parking) and the room design, to the amenities nearby… It honestly feels more like an “experience” than a regular hotel stay.
The staff are so friendly and helpful. Shout out to Sahil in the hotel restaurant; he’s suuuuuch a helpful and thoughtful server, we had a great meal there!
I’ll definitely be staying at the Walper any time I am in the K-W area ☺️

What a pleasant surprise! This European style boutique hotel located downtown Kitchener boasts high end features with added touches of quiet luxury. The bathroom had an amazing shower and the bed was extremely comfortable. I especially loved the Illy coffee machine in the room! The Barrister's Lounge was also tastefully decorated and the food was exceptional. We enjoyed the Walper Breakfast Sandwich and the Avocado Toast. We also enjoyed Espresso Martinis at TWH Social! We can't recommend this place enough, and we are looking forward to our next stay!

My daughter had her wedding reception at the hotel, we stayed there as well. Everything was fantastic!! Couldn’t be happier with anything!!
