Wuyishan Hotels with Kitchens

"The entire room including the toilet was very clean and looked almost brand new. It was easy to get to the hotel from Nanpingshi Station by taking K1 and following the directions sent by the staff. There are also free local buses very near the hotel to get to the bamboo raft pier and to the scenic area south entrance. There are also many eateries around. One staff member was particularly helpful - she showed me how to use a WeChat app to find the bus stops/routes/timing which was very useful in helping get around and also to rush down to the bus stop on my departure day so I could catch K1 back to Nanpingshi Station. She was wearing a light purple jacket (not sure if her name is Xiao Yang?) and the other staff could certainly do with her enthusiasm in helping and engaging the guests."

"The location is excellent, right within the Wuyi Mountains scenic area, about a 10-minute walk from Wuyi Palace, making it convenient to get everywhere. The hotel's overall environment is beautiful, and it has all the amenities you could need, including a washing machine, dryer, and vending machine. They even provide laundry detergent in the bathroom, which is a very thoughtful touch. Plus, the staff here are very friendly and accommodating; when I asked for water, they generously gave me two bottles."

"Didi stops at the entrance to small lane, walk a little bit along the curve lane to find this lovely place. Breakfast set was simple yet filling. Location is convenient to find food nearby and even walking to Da Hong Pao Performance is not an issue. From the balcony you could see the mountain at night. There is a laundry machine (detergent is provided) to use on 3rd floor. There is ample hangers and laundry lines are on 4th floor balcony to hang clothes to dry. There is a swing at the yard for enjoyment as well. The hosts are very warm and helpful people. It was a very pleasant stay."

"Excellent stay! I received a free room upgrade, which included a bathtub and a wet/dry separation in the bathroom. The guesthouse lobby has two adorable cats, a British Shorthair named 'Jinbao' and a Golden British Shorthair named 'Zhaocai'. Zhaocai is quite a rebel and will playfully swat at anyone, but Jinbao is super friendly and lets you pet her as long as you have cat treats. The overall accommodation environment was fantastic. What was even better was their restaurant. We stayed for two nights and had all three of our main meals at the guesthouse. The food was absolutely delicious and perfectly suited our taste buds. In contrast, many restaurants within the Wuyishan scenic area can be hit or miss – I won't name names, but there are just too many 'influencer' spots. Right across the road from the guesthouse is 'Impression Dahongpao', which was a great show to catch in the evening. A short walk further is the Tea Culture Park, and if you follow the path deep into the park, you'll find a famous walking trail. Every weekend evening, there's a band that performs there for free. On the morning we went to the Wuyishan National Park, we even borrowed a traditional bamboo hat from the guesthouse, which was a fun experience. The only slight downside was breakfast; it wasn't quite to my liking as it was a bit greasy and salty. So, on the second morning, we went out for Zixi noodles instead. The soundproofing in the room could be better; I could hear conversations in the hallway in the morning, but it wasn't a major issue. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit."

"This is a great guesthouse. I initially booked it because a friend had stayed there and thought it seemed reliable, and it turned out to be a great place. The environment was nice, the rooms were clean, and it reminded me a bit of Tongfu Inn. The owner was incredibly welcoming. When we wanted to go to Baiyun Temple to watch the sunrise, the owner was very helpful, not a shill, but he really did help us. He told us what time to go up the mountain, what to be careful about, and that we needed to book a car in advance, otherwise we definitely wouldn't have been able to get a taxi the next day because it would be so crowded. He even lent us his car in the afternoon to go sightseeing. It was really kind of him. The noodles and rice noodles for breakfast were also quite delicious. I highly recommend it!"

"The hotel is located in a villa area with excellent greenery. It's in the Sangu resort area, and you can walk to Sangu Old Street for food or to watch the Impression Dahongpao show in about ten minutes. The location is peaceful yet central. We were offered a complimentary pick-up service upon arrival, which was fantastic! Fresh fruit was delivered daily. The room was clean and comfortable, though a bit small and felt slightly cramped. The front desk staff were very helpful and communicated our itinerary in advance."

"The location is excellent! We could step right out and enjoy the magnificent Dawang Peak, and in the evenings, we explored all the old streets of Wuyi Mountain, trying different foods. The service was great too; they even gave out lucky bags during Chinese New Year. My two kids want to come back to Wuyi Mountain next summer!"

"The newly opened hotel has a very good location and is very convenient to go anywhere. You can walk to Sangu Old Street. The proprietress is very hospitable, the environment is clean and hygienic, and the stay is very comfortable. Recommend! ! !"

"This guesthouse is in a super convenient location, right across from the Tea Culture Park within a residential compound. It's about a 700-meter walk to Sangu Old Street, which is the perfect distance for an after-dinner stroll. The place is very clean, and even the sheets and towels have the guesthouse's own logo. The owners are a lovely young couple who are incredibly welcoming. Since it was our first time visiting Wuyi Mountain, they made sure to explain everything we needed to know. The shower had great hot water, and there's even a smart toilet! You can also enjoy tea and a good chat with the owners right outside. Overall, it was a fantastic stay."

"This was my first time staying at the Wuyishan Villa Holiday Hotel, and my experience was fantastic. Especially the front desk staff, particularly Ms. Wenlian, who was incredibly welcoming and enthusiastic. The environment is beautiful and peaceful. The location is also very easy to find; just follow the navigation and you'll arrive directly. There's a large outdoor parking lot and an underground garage, which is very convenient. I'll definitely come back again."
