Hallways were cold.
Hot water in morning tea was cold.
Waited for receptionist for several minutes to check in (during day time).

Cheaper than the Portsmouth NH motels a nd apparently good location for near-by outlet malls and back into downtown Portsmouth but this is a definitely a basic budget motel. Maintained well, bed is comfortable and the washroom is decent but this is one of many WYNDHAM properties which is cruising on the WYNDHAM brand and not keeping up with the times. Some of the power ports on the lamp bases are not actually working and the there are no USB PORTS anywhere to be found. IT IS WHAT IT IS.........

We stayed here on Christmas night because it's close to my brother's home where we spent the day. This is a conveniently located hotel, right near the highway. It is fairly clean if a bit run down and tired. The "breakfast" offerings were slim but I think the hotel was nearly empty because of the holiday so they didn't put out a lot of food. The best thing was the kind and welcoming staff. The woman who checked us in a 9PM on Christmas night was super friendly. We appreciated that after a long day.

This property is falling apart. The building is rotting. There is mold, cracked tiles, and warped walls. That staff are kind, but this place seems like a long, long forgotten Wyndham that needs a complete renovation
