The hotel is 18 kilometers away from Levi Ski Resort, in a forest. The room facilities are excellent. It's a pity that we couldn't see the Aurora when we checked in, otherwise it would be perfect.

The hotel is 40 minutes away from Levi Ski Resort. The check-in desk is next to the white church. It is said that couples hold ceremonies here every week. Each villa is surrounded by trees, which is quite private. You can see the starry sky through the glass on the top of the log cabin at night. If you are lucky, the aurora there is clear and bright. In the morning, open the floor-length curtains, and the snow scenery outside the wide perspective is super dreamy. The staff responded to the email actively before going there, and the chef and Christmas dinner were also very good. I will choose this place again if I have the chance.

This was an incredible hotel. The cabin was well appointed with a small kitchenette, sauna and hottub. Heated floors and walls made it cozy even when cold, and watching the Northern Lights from bed was magical. Breakfast and dinner were delicious and there were ample options for people with different taste preferences and an excellent assortment of local dishes including jams from berries. When we arrived we had an amazing charcuterie, and the kitchen made us breakfast sandwiches with veggies and meats for our very early morning departure (we just had to request it the night before). We also loved meeting and feeding the reindeer. This was an amazing trip and I would strongly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay. This is also very close to the ski village of Levi so it would make an excellent place to stay if you want quiet relaxation but also to pop into Levi for winter sports.

After contacting the resort many times for a refund due to a diagnosis of terminal cancer they were not flexible on a refund of the trip. I did not expect this diagnosis and I would have hoped the resort would be a little more understanding that I don’t have the ability to travel due to limited mobility and treatments. No one expects to get cancer especially one of this nature. I was offered a travel credit but will never get to use it sadly due to my prognosis:( shame on you northern lights ranch. I only wish that you could understand how disappointed I am not to be coming to visit you but also for your inability to be flexible or compassionate.

Fui en otoño, por lo que es una experiencia distinta a ir con nieve. Estuve una sola noche en mi travesía de 3 días por la laponia finlandesa en búsqueda de auroras. La idea es muy buena: cabañas modernas y acogedoras de una habitación y una pequeña sala de TV (que puede convertirse en segunda habitación para una persona) con techo y paredes de vidrio en el cuarto. Las cabañas son muy completas y cómodas, camas individuales juntas que pueden levantarse con control remoto, cafetera dolce gusto, pequeño microondas, baño completo y funcional, aire acondicionado, minibar. Algunas cabañas tienen jacuzzi externo que es toda una experiencia. El hotel cuenta con restaurant que solo funciona para cenas previamente reservadas, a un precio de 65 euros. La recepción funciona dentro de un horario, luego de las 5 pm no hay atención. Te dejan el desayuno desde el día anterior en la cabaña. Es una visita bastante costosa (350 euros la noche). El hotel está a 20 minutos de Levi, donde puedes conseguir restaurantes y servicios.
