Wat een fijn hotel!! Groot maar niet massaal. Soort appartement complexen waar de kamer zich bevinden. Ruim opgezet. Prima familie kamer met twee aparte slaapkamers en twee toiletten. Tuinen worden zeer goed onderhouden. Entertainment volop aanwezig maar goed verdeeld over het terrein waardoor je er niet midden in zit als je niet deel wilt nemen. Via de app prima te reserveren. Er wordt goed rekening gehouden met kinderen. Leuk en afgezet gedeelte voor kinderen waar ze zelf kunnen spelen in het zwembad of de speeltuin. Ook op de toiletten overal opstapjes zodat kinderen zelf kunnen handen wassen en bij elke bar een trapje zodat kinderen zelf drinken kunnen bestellen. Eten volop keuze en voor ieder wat wils. Personeel doet enorm hun best en het hotel zorgt ook goed voor zijn werknemers door ze mee te laten eten. Enige opmerkingen die ik kan geven: - hoewel alles ingericht is op kinderen lijkt de kinderdisco een verplicht nummertje waar weinig aandacht voor is. Qua liedjes veel onbekend en elke dag iets anders waardoor kinderen het ook niet leren. Ook jammer dat alles in Engels en Duits is. Hoewel er veel Nederlanders komen. - de keuze aan desserts is gigantisch. Echter, de porties zijn heel groot. Wil je een paar dingen proeven moet je meteen een groot stuk gebak nemen. Zonde. - tijdens lunch of diner is het vaak zoeken naar een vrije tafel. Misschien een idee om gastheren/dames in te zetten die overzicht hebben over de bezetting zodat ze mensen een tafel kunnen wijzen bij drukte.

Otele ilk giriş yaptığımız andan son ana kadar ilgi ve alaka hep üst düzeyde idi. 2 yaşındaki kızımızla geldiğimizden dolayı bizim için en önemli kıstas hijyendi ve tesisin her bir alanında hijyen kusursuzdu. Tüm çalışanlara çok teşekkür ediyoruz. Özellikle Restoran’dan Habib ve Umut harikalardı.

Absolutely amazing place the food, staff, drinks just everything It was our first time in years to turkey and this hotel and everything about it did not disappoint. Everywhere was spotless the rooms were lovely and it was so chilled. The reviews speak for themselves. There's not alot nearby some shops a huge one directly over the road but if you don't want to go out you don't need to! We will be back as soon as possible! Oh and the transfer took approx 1 hour there as we had no drop offs but 2 on the back as we had pick ups, the hotel makes it worth it tho. We took lira to give out as tips but next time I think I would just take euros....no one expected tips but all the staff deserved them they worked so hard. Nicest place we've stayed by far.

Fantastic hotel, plenty to do for the adults as well. The food is fantastic and the rooms very comfortable. We stayed here for our honeymoon as a last minute get away and really enjoyed.It has a good location with plenty of local shops as well. The TUI rep was fantastic as well.

Recently spent two weeks at TUI Blue Palm Garden in Manavgat, Turkey. Was greeted every morning at 8 am by Gulizar our wonderful Yoga Teacher. Gulizar went above and beyond with the lessons and advice. Gulizar has given me the inspiration to carry on with Yoga now I have returned home to the UK. Thank you so so much 🙏

When you enter the hotel, you are welcomed with flowers and when you leave, they throw water after you (almost). It is not possible to have an unhappy holiday in this hotel, the staff will definitely find a way to make you happy. Even if no one does anything, Ms. Ayla will definitely find a way. The food is excellent even though it is not the season, the baby pool is very enjoyable, the mini club is functional. The nature of the hotel and the evening walks remained in our palate. It rose to the top among the top 3 hotels we would want to go to again. We have often received worse service at more expensive hotels. This hotel does not disappoint! The seaside is a little pebble, it's not completely sandy, but once you enter it is sandy and very clean. It was very enjoyable to lie in the hammock on the beach and swim in the sea.

We honestly didn’t believe all the reviews we read before, but I promise you they are all true! Every single member of staff at this hotel goes above and beyond, they don’t do it for the tips either. Tips are done in secret envelopes if you feel you want to do so. Without a shadow of a doubt this is THE cleanest place we have ever stayed, they are constantly cleaning everything, sweeping the beach paths or mopping the side of the pool to scrubbing the restaurant. We even saw them hoovering the bottom of the pool! The bar staff are so friendly, but professional. The chefs do an outstanding job, everything is cooked to absolute perfection, they really want you to try their show cooking, and you won’t be disappointed. I’ve never known an all inclusive buffet so good! The whole place is so chilled but yet there’s plenty of activities to get involved in if you wish to do so. Nobody is pushy. The kids club staff are soooo lovely! Anything you want, just ask, more hangers, firmer pillows, fresh towels, anything! The app is so easy to make requests or book activities. We absolutely loved our stay and would recommend to anyone, families, couples, young or old. The only slight negative things I would say are, get better prossecco, make all cocktails free, and get bigger quilts for the massive beds!

The two of us stayed at the Palm Garden for 6 nights all inclusive. The hotel complex and the rooms are very attractive and the staff are all very nice. The beach area with direct access is big enough and the pool area including slides is very big. The food selection is huge, the quality is very good and the drinks/cocktails are very tasty. What I liked best was the range of sports/activities and the sports facilities. I tried 14 options (TRX, Pilates, bungee fitness, cycling, yoga, bodyweight training, ...) in 6 days. The trainers are all very nice and competent - it was a lot of fun!

A amazing all accessible hotel with amazing staff The transfer from the airport was roughly 45 mins minibus with electric ramp we were greeted by the staff and were given Turkish tea on arrival @23.00 Bags were taken to our room and we were told the restaurant was open for us to get some food. The hotel complex was very accessible and flat there was ramps to the restaurant bar and beach. The beach ramp was incredibly steep, but staff are always there to help. The only place on resort I couldn’t get to was the entertainment above the bar as it was a rooftop bar. The pool had a hoist!!!!!! They had accessible beach chairs to get into the sea this was not stated on any TUI website/known by uk travel agents This needs to be known and put online as accessible as this stops a lot of people who have mobility issues booking holidays as they need a hoist facility. This hotel was very accessible and staff were always there to help and always made sure we were ok.
