The city of Klagenfurt is so clean. Worthersee is one of the famous lake in Austria. Among Vienna and Klagenfurt, everyone is drinking clean and safe spring water from Mountain Agils. Outdoor environments are natural, so beautiful. Starting from early Summer, the lake is full of people and tourists, the pricing of hotels will be very high. Outdoor exercises, swimming in the lake, hiking are very suitable. So Winter this moment, this hotel price is pretty reasonable!

Mooi Hotel op een prima locatie tegenover Mini Mundis. Ruime, goed ingerichte kamers en van alles voorzien wat je van een 4 sterren hotel verwacht. Het ontbrijt is heerlijk en zeer gevarieerd. kortom; niets mis mee!

5 rooms, were a 9 persons , came for the gti meeting on lake Wörthersee, was great its my 10 time in the hotel ,as usual was great!

Das Hotel, Personal und Service sind sehr gut. Besonders der SPA-Bereich ist sehr sauber und vielfältig. Leider muss ich einen Mangel erwähnen, der die Aufenthaltsqualität beeinträchtigt. Obwohl die Zimmer als klimatisiert beworben werden, hat die Klimaanlage in dieser Jahreszeit mit 24 Grad nicht funktioniert (nur Umluft), wodurch besonders die südlichen Zimmer sehr heiß waren. Aufgrund der doppelten Fassaden und auch des Lärms war es nicht möglich, die Fenster zu öffnen. Und am schlimmsten ist, dass nach unserer Reklamation argumentiert wurde, dass es eine Managemententscheidung sei, die Kühlung der Klimaanlage noch nicht einzuschalten!!! Das ist wirklich schade, denn die schöne A**osphäre und der tolle Service des Hotels leiden unter den überhitzten Zimmern und einem leider schlechten Schlaf. Wenn ein Zimmer nicht klimatisiert angeboten wird, sollte dies zumindest klar und deutlich im Angebot erwähnt werden. Vorfallen mit so einem Preis!
