A view from room is completely different than was in pictures. Bad point is hard to find and understand where is a number from reception. No slips in number. Car parking is expensive and no clear marks of traffic direction and exit signs, when going up and down can meet another car comming up ahead in front your car. Good point is free swimming pool.

The lift is old and I did not felt safe there. Also, there are only 2 lifts, so, going down from the 5th floor was always by walking, because lifts were busy often.
Room was great, clean, I found there everything what I needed.
Location is great!
Breakfast was really good!

The hotel is overpriced for what it is. Our room was called deluxe, but was so much used, carpets dirty and with stains. The bathroom has no heating, so in winter it was freezing cold. Breakfast was scarce. Reality is far from what is sold on internet. Not worth the price at all

The pillow is disgusting for 4 stars. They know that number 1504 is bad, but they sell it. But the question is why? We do not understand the answer in Russian. They don’t want to speak another language (Latvian). We sleep with the door open, they refused to change it. We were in Europe and did not expect such service. The price does not justify 4 stars.

Family Rooom ( apar**ent complex ) was really cold, old and smell of the room Was really bad. There was 2 air fresheners but it doesn’t help, it made it worse. Swimming pool area was dirty and old too. Restaurant 12 was really nice and had a nice view. Food was great.

Hôtel vaste ou l'on se perd un peu, surtout pour déjeuner ou diner. Beaucoup d'ascenseurs !.Chambre en centre ville ,proche du port, classique et agréable, il y a tout ce qu'il faut ainsi qu'un frigo avec diverses boissons et apéritifs. Petit déjeuner avec choix abondant .Un restaurant, au vingtième avec vue est sympathique et intime avec serveurs au top!
