Quiet atmosphere, clean rooms & cold floors, 3 star standard price, there is an outdor swimming pool that is clean, there are many library books. Only fan exhause is a little noisy. Overall Ok.

It wasn't my first time visited this hotel. i've once visited this place during the pandemic, so poor! and on this 2022, i came again to this hotel, and saw a very tremendously progress from this hotel as well as they doing a major renovation. The Vibes clearly turned into a new breath and atmosphere, and the product slightly improved compared to the rates. OBVIOUSLY, the services they delivered remain constantly impeccable from year after year, WELL DONE

I was lucky enough to be able to book a room in Ramada at last minute with my fiance, and it was quite a memmorable memmory for us. Thus, please let us give some comprehensive review about our stay. Reception We were greeted amazingly by the front office staff and especially the supevisor, I think it was Mr. Heri, whom accomodated our needs perfectly despite our late check in and requests. But they are all very helpful and accomodating. Room Not much to say really, since our room were in the perfect location and has a balcony which was very relaxing. Not to mention that it was just one step away from the restaurant, please put into consideration that they have a bit spread out villas so it was quite a walk to reach the restaurant. And right next to us was the dummy temple which really enhance the nuances of Solo as one of the cores of Javanese culture. Although the AC wasn't really cooling, but it was hardly a deal breaker since Solo still has a cool weather especially during the rainy season. Restaurant Dinner We had a chance to try the 'Buka Puasa' dinner buffet, since we came during the Ramadan which means that most of Indonesian were fasting and they have a kind of festivities for breaking their fast each evening. However it was quite a mess on this side. The F&B clearly wasn't ready to clear up the challenges againts bunch of hungry people. So there were a lot of missing items from the buffet, such as cutleries and ice cream which my fiance expected very much, hey, we're fasting too! Haha. And the service staff couldn't quite keep up with the pace of the masses. Although I need to mention that some of the staff, the one that wear a glasses, tried to helped us so much and gave us the best possible table during the circumstances. But overall, there are rooms for improvement. Breakfast This is quite amazing actually, considering that there was only one service guy in charge for the whole time. The vibe was quite, maybe because we were there during the off season haha, but he could take care almost all of our requests amazingly. Eventhough we did request a lot of things, including towells for swimming which wasn't ready at the poolside. It's just a shame that I forgot to ask his name so I can't write it here as a recommendation. Whoever you are, I'm sorry mas bro. Keep up the good work! Public facilities Ramada surprisingly has a bunch of facilities to enjoy for the guests. Started with bike which free to use within the hotel complex, although some of the bike seems quite worn out pehaps due to exposed to the rain, swimming pool, billiard table which I can't try yet maybe next time, and the amazing garden! Oh! And they also have a gymnastic for the guests and one more private pool next to it. Howeve this pool is quite lacking in maintenance compared to the main pool So maybe we could call in advance before using this one. The receptionist are never smile, when i check in on March 7/20 @12.30 PM and i request for wake up call @5.00 AM to Lilis (GSA) for early morning flight but nobody set it up. So i wake up @5.32 AM and get hurry for it, i call the night shift incharge he said the wake up call is set up @10.20 AM, so funny. Its better i stay in small hostel with USD 5, with friendly staff and clean room. Because i will flight early morning so i have to stay near airport thats why i choose this terrible hotel without wake up call. I know you guys build this hotel near airport for the part of the guest who lookin for their flight so please be aware. Great champion service. From the first time I entered, I was greeted. Breakfast variety, menu has gatot, tiwul that is not in other places. Clean, fragrant room. There was an electric shock incident at night but the clerk was immediately ready to deal with it. My child's bracelet was lost in the pool but the hotel helped find it and finally found it. Suitable for those who want to travel in Wonosari 👍

This hotel is suitable for me as a solo traveler, although the rooms are small but I like it for transit because my train at the midnight, close to Lempuyangan Station about 5 minutes by car, but not so close to Malioboro if you walk. The private bedroom with ensuite bathroom (has amenity too), a Smart TV (this is very important) and comfy bed is very good and comfortable to me compared to ”real cabin/capsul hotel”, the minus is it doesn't have a window (to outside). The price is reasonable and better if you go show to the hotel than OTA. Thank you Mr. Dedi to your hospitality !
