除了沒空調和自帶餐館飯不好吃，其餘均非常好。環境一流，河邊。遊船碼頭。古鎮舉步之遙，值得逛。房間比較大，有瓶裝水和瓷杯玻璃杯，還有熱水壺，速溶咖啡。非常值得住幾天的酒店，在德國少見。

Ausgezeichnetes Personal, ob Nacht oder am Tag. Sobald es Probleme gibt, werden sie sofort behoben. Sehr freundlich alle zusammen. Das Essen ist perfekt. Am Buffet ist für jeden was dabei. Ob klein oder groß. Ich kann es nur weiter empfehlen

Das Zimmer war kalt und man konnte die Heizung nicht höher als handwarm stellen. Meine Beschwerde wurde leider nicht adäquat behandelt, lediglich konnte ich die zweite gebuchte Nacht kostenlos stornieren.

Ich fände es in den vier Sterne Hotel sehr toll und ich finde Personal sehr und besonders das Personal fände ich sehr nett und die mit Arbeiter im Service waren sehr nett und dazu auch noch freundlich. Also als gesamt Bewertung würde ich 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Zimmer war in Ordnung. Die Dame in Rezeption super nett. Den größte Spaß habe ich in Restaurant . Die Ausländer in Services wär super nett und lieb. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder. Essen war sehr lecker. Der Herr Koch auch korekt . Das Hotel liegt in sehr schöne Lage.
