When I arrived, the self check in machine was not accepting my keycode and in the meantime there was no internet but I contacted the hotel number and they resolved the issue straight away, I loved the location and the room was in perfect condition.

We chose the studio with a kitchen and none of the kitchen appliances worked (not the stove, not the microwave) we couldn't cook anything

Needed a hotel near the airport. It was almost perfect. Had a room with a kitchenette and a Lidl nearby. So you could easily cater for yourself. There is no staff on site other than the cleaning team. Everything is digital and there is no reception

self check in is terrible, we were lucky to find someone who helped us, we couldnt log in, we thought we were going to sleep in the street, when we got there there was a family in the same situation:/ that made us feel super insecure about the place, didn’t get the room i booked, etc
