Room is spacious and comfortable, unlike some other hotels whom are in same rates

The room is huge compared to the price that I paid. It surprised me when I just stepped into the room

Good location near with town. All amenities complete in the room. Spacious room too. Recommend to other.

Mr room was on 3rd floor. Lots of noise into the night.Aircon was very noisy. Tap & toilet flashing were loud too. Unable to sleep well. I will try another hotel in next visit. Although price is acceptable but a good night sleep is more important.

First room was invaded with ants. Changed to the second room , had a hole above my bed, water was dripping from it . Finally changed to an acceptable room. Wifi was v weak . In fact consider no wifi. Wanted to change to a bigger room , n requested to top up by the difference in trip .com but was told we r must pay 70rm!!!!

Love the spaciousness but was disgusted with the blood stain quilt cover which means fresh quilt cover was not changed and for new guest in my case. My friend’s shower cubicle does not even have a wall rack for placement of shower and shampoo bottles!! And there is sewage smell with leakage from the toilet bowl. For my room, there are ants on the desk top!

Considering the conditions of the place I consider the price i pay for the stay quite cheap. Room ver clean. All is good

- Comfort stay. - spotted some ants on the desk, they even appeared on the bed cause it's nearby the desk. - since the hotel provides kettle and coffee cup, why not provide some famous Kluang coffee or tea for the guests as a sample instead of just selling them at the lobby. (Just my little suggestion)

The room is clean and nice if you can add the coffee table will be the best. Bathroom rack rusty. Overall service is very good and clean

From reception the staff are polite and hospitable Carpark is good, Rooms are quit ok and value for money. I strongly recommend this hotel.

next door disco opened till 3am in the morning. disturbed our sleep on a saturday night while we only stayed a night for holiday. toilet bowl cover was not attached even it was lose. reception staff was friendly.

Hotel was kind enough to give us 2 rooms side by side. Hot water n water pressure were good. Price was reasonable n it served our purpose. No breakfast at hotel but close enough to eating places.

pleasant stay at this hotel and the hotel staff very attentive to the remarks in the booking and try utmost to accomodate . location -slight far if you hunt for food during day time but right beside bus station which meant is convenience for you if u come by bus . rest assure , food and shopping mall still walkable from hotel . room size - comfortable size for 02 person . enough for you to sit on the floor even after you unopen your luggage amenities - Toiletries provided but suggest to put extra toilet roll in rooms because the left over toilet roll from the previous guest not enough for the new comer and when discover it already midnight . quite not convenience if to request the toilet roll at midnight . kettle provided with kluang kopi :) . iron board . hair dryer . not sure if the hotel have water dispenser . cleanliness - good but possible to have bin in front the lift and lobby at common area . toilet at lobby , one of the lift currently under maintenance . definitely will be back again :)
