I was given a room that smelled like cigarette smoke, and then charged $50 to my debit card that they refuse to refund because they claim that I smoked in the room--I don't smoke.
The accommodations were mediocre at best: 2/10 would not recommend.

Everything good! Need to add turkey bacon & sausage to menu for people allergic to pork like I am! Just don't cook it in same pan with pork!

I was very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Rooms and public areas were clean. Bed sheets were very soft and comfortable. Could use a new and bigger elevator. Breakfast was standard, staff kept hot items fresh and always stocked. The area was safe and there was plenty of parking. Would visit again.

I usually am quite forgiving when it comes to this class of hotel, but there is certainly room for improvement here. Overall it was very clean with helpful, friendly staff. We could even open our window which is rare- loved that. Breakfast was fine too- it included the basics - scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, yogurt, fruit, coffee, danish, etc. The staffer managing breakfast was working hard (thank you!) and great at refilling supplies. The room’s carpet and floors seemed relatively new and very clean. My gripes are minor. The king bed wasn’t very supportive and had a dip in the center. Could they manage to replace the super raggedy desk chair? (See picture). The fake leather was in tatters. Unsightly and we didn’t want to sit in it. One of the bath towels had a large hole in the middle. Usable, but again, unsightly. Both card keys stopped working after the first night; had to get them recharged and staff were polite about it. And the bathroom really could have used a towel bar- there was plenty of wall space for one or several. The microwave has seen better days and looked like it was from the ‘90s. Parking was free and adequate. The location is a relatively new area with stores, restaurants close by.

The Stay was Awesome, Hotel was Super clean, staff was Great. Bed was comfortable. My PROBLEM was with the App we used to book the hotel. Price was $35 so it came to $46 with tax. It asked if I wanted to use my $40 key points I had accumulated.i guess when I chose yes. It Defaults to the Regular price so they took the $40 off $86 for the room and I still owed 46. I don't feel I should have lost what I had earned because the app had a great deal on the Hotel

I travel a lot for work. I am very picky and this was one of the nicest places and the bed was so wonderful. Everything was clean also and updated. I will stay here again next time in town !!

We were there 3 nights, property and rooms were clean, staff was friendly. Free breakfast was good, only complaints I have is for a Laquinta the bed was not up to there usual comfort and we had a room next to lobby, it was so loud. Everyone talking and getting food woke us up every morning. Walls paper thin. Overall a good stay though. Would stay again but maybe not so close to lobby.
