The king bed was terrible. Worn badly on the right side of the bed (sunken in). Couldn't sleep

This Hilton exceeded all my expectations. I went to see the full solar eclipse and the staff had brainstormed a solar gift bag for visitors. It had solar glasses imprinted with April 8 date, a package of eclipse gum, and Sun chips in a cute “outer space bag.” The whole hotel felt so clean and well maintained with such friendly staff, especially at their dinner spot/ bar and breakfast buffet. Almost unheard of lately- rooms are cleaned daily! This Garden Inn along with several other hotels surround a nice little pond and open space. Many people watched the eclipse and walked the half mile path around this pond. Cracker Barrel and other restaurants are walking distance.

Everything was great except one of the queen beds mattress needed turned. My friend slept at the foot of her bed the second night because of the springs.

Front desk staff was excellent. Very helpful and friendly. Great location, close to everything. Bed was comfortable and shower had good water pressure. Everything was clean. Loved having an Keurig in the room. Appreciated being able to take our pups. The lighting in the room could stand improvement but overall good stay and would stay again.

At check-in the manager was condescending and rude. After the transaction I stood waiting for directions to get to my room. She says to me, "ok you can go now." I say go where? I've never been here before. I get to my room and it had this intense dank stale smell!

My stay was fine, my only complaints with my room were the bathroom floor was dirty. When you first look at the floor you assume it’s the tile design but if you look under the sink area you’ll see how the floor is suppose to look. Caked on dirt several shades darker than the way the tile is suppose to look. That’s disgusting. The sink had a bunch of spots where the paint peeled off. Lastly the bed was so hard I was lucky if I got three hours of sleep. I was actually glad that I could only book the room for two nights instead of the four nights that I needed. They were completely booked so we checked in with one of the other local hotels.
