Dirty!!! Tried three rooms #1 had dry leafy substance between the mattress and box spring on the floor and behind the bed #2 had dead bugs and odd dried red/orange stains on the mattress #3 strong smell of dog and long white dog hair all over. Told there was a white Pyrenees dog in the room—a month ago! There was no bed skirt and a small hole in the wall. Only positive was the woman at the front desk (I’m sorry I can’t remember her name), she was awesome. After wasting a considerable amount of time we went elsewhere. I lived here when they were building this hotel and it’s not old, but looks rundown.

Hotel is not that old but there are signs if significant decline. We booked two rooms. When entering the second room, a rotting food smell was apparent. We got another room assigned but discovered that the door card reader malfunctioned. We got beyond that issue and after taking a shower, my wife found that the air conditioner was not working. Requested a 3rd room. It was ok but she found debris from a previous guest under the bed. We won’t return. My observation, based only on dealing with the night crew, is that staff and manager are poorly trained and not prepared.

We visit family each year for Christmas and discovered this place last year. The hotel is new and very clean. My warning is watch your credit card charges. We travel with our pet and we’re charged 3 times for our pet fee and each charge was for a different amount. The explanation was that the front desk person was new which I can understand. My biggest complaint is that when I asked what the issue was with the credit card charges I was given the run around by the front desk, general manager until I kept pushing for an explanation. Thanks to the accounting personnel for giving an actual explanation and correcting the issue. We’ll see if we stay next year!

We have been here since 12/23 and it is now 12/26 evening and they have still not cleaned our room. We have asked every day and today three times! They said we have big dogs which is not true we have no pets!!!! We don’t have clean towels or trash can to use or tissues

Great for a single night or extended stays. Each room has a full kitchen with dishes and cooking supplies. The work desk in the room was perfect and made remote work easy.

The guy that takes care of breakfast made all of us feel at home every morning. He made the hotel feel like home away from home. He was a treasure of a person
