Premier Inn Pontefract North

Well wow I had a great night at this hotel it broke my journey up on the way to see family I only stayed the one night but everything was great Ideal place for the motorway network Near towns if I needed anything I was greeted straight away with such friendliness nothing was too much trouble the receptionist was so welcoming and informative Nice bubbly atmosphere Thank you Sue When I’m next over this way if I need somewhere to stay I will be Back

I stayed here on business, such a great place, ideally situated for motorway links too! The receptionist Sue was lovely, very welcoming and couldn't do enough. The room was clean, the bed very comfortable all in all a gem of a place, I will be back !

Overall good apart from the bathroom not having a towel rail or even a hook on the door, so there was nowhere to hang your towels.

We stayed here on the way back from Scotland as it is in a very convenient location with a restaurant next door. Everything about it was fine, except for one thing. You hear so much about bed bugs these days so I was sorry that there was nowhere to put my case. I ended up perching it on the desk.

Thank you for an excellent stay. The room was in great condition, and we had a really comfortable nights sleep. Top marks for the receptionist on duty, Friday evening (12/4) and Saturday morning (13/4), she was one of the nicest people we have ever met behind a reception counter. We shall come again when we next visit family.

Lady at reception ( don’t want to be rude, blond, I think hope polish ) was a credit to premier inn . She was amazing . Room , great for what it had. Complaint … don’t get 103 . Next to stairs and EVERY PERSON (it feels) IS OUTSIDE . For slams. Foot fall is intense. Don’t get 103 will stress u

Hi there, the Premier Inn Pontefract North hotel is clean, food and drinks were perfect during our stay. The room and board were top notch. But above all you need the staff to make the place work and Tony made my stay first class. Always there to help, with the kids and during the breakfast period. Will stay again as he made the difference!!! 👍🏻

Hotel is in a great location, food was very good and the service by Tony was second to none… would highly recommend this hotel and Tony is needed at every premiere inn.. Great parking, close to the motorway, the soft play was so good for the little kids which made our stay perfect.

We were in Pontefract as a Berkshire Team of 48 athletes 6 team managers and one coach driver., for the English Schools Cross Country Championships at Pontefract Racecourse. The Hotel offered excellent value for money and was able to accommodate our group in 24 twin rooms and 7 double rooms. We stayed on Friday 15 March for the ESAA Championships on Saturday 16 March. We had an excellent choice of a two course dinner on Friday 15th and an outstandingly good choice from the breakfast menu. As a group we were very happy indeed with the Hotel, restaurant and the efficiency and politeness of the staff involved in our check in and the high standard of the restaurant staff. The manner in which they dealt with a large group and our requirements was of the highest standard. The Hotel was only around 15 minutes away from the venue for the ESAA Cross Country Championships.
