We were visiting from California, I work in a hotel myself, so I paid attention to everything. The breakfasts were really great. The two women attending or overseeing the breakfast were very friendly and helpful. Six nights, we had “do not disturb” sign on door two days, however we only received light service of the room two out of the four remaining days? (Fresh towels, etc) I had to seek out housekeeping staff on the floor to obtain some fresh towels. Valet service convenient. Rooftop bar, a pleasant venue, a little expensive… But so is everything nowadays.

Despite asking that the room be cleaned daily it was only cleaned once during the three mornings we were in the room. I do not want to have to ask for clean towels. We are regulars at this hotel and menders of the Hyatt frequent guest program, yet when checking in the staff asked if we had stayed there before. Hotel location is excellent but often when leaving and entering the hotel hornless people would aggressively ask for handouts. This is not the hotel’s fault, but Knoxville city officials might want to address it. Free morning breakfast is very good. Auto ole valet service outstanding.

They allowed us to check in 2hrs early. The hotel is pet friendly which was so convenient for us. There are tons of restaurants close by and the staff was very helpful!

Brad and Mathew did a fantastic job, wonderful service and great attitude. Great location and the guys and everyone else in the team made very easy and convenient for all of us for this trip. We will back to this location and will love to use their services again ! They rock !

Super-friendly staff -- good breakfast -- big rooms -- BIG bathroom, lie seriously? haha -- AMAZING location, walkable to most sites and Market Square -- strong wifi -- starbucks on property -- super-friendly-staff! -- note: this is a no-cash property, so if you like to reward great service (AND YOU SHOULD!) you need to BYOB(ucks) -- nice on-site gym -- rooftop restaurant has amazing views -- super-freindly staff -- thanks Hyatt Palce KNOX!

Best Hotel in Knoxville. We came with 2 dogs and a family of 5 and were treated like family upon arrival immediately. Our stay began by being greeted by an exceptional representation of customer service, the valet attendant, Matthew. He helped our bags to our rooms and told us about wonderful activities and restaurants in the area. Per his request, we went to Vida across the street, which was exceptional. The rooms were clean, the hotel service was quick, and the food was great, the rooftop bar was excellent, what more can you ask for???? We will 100% be back at the Hyatt for our next visit to Knoxville.
