Excellent all around! Great staff, great location for everything downtown! Delicious free breakfast! Will be back for sure! Loved the two onsite bars as well as the Starbucks in the Lobby!

I have stayed at the Hyatt downtown many times during my daughter's time at UT. This past weekend was graduation and we held reservations a little farther out - near where our grad dinner was planned. We had a problem with our hotel and the AC. My wife has MS and the lack of air can be really troublesome. I was able to get a room at the Hyatt for the second night and when I called the hotel Saturday morning at 7am there was actually a room available. I asked them to please hold it and we would be there within the hour. We got lucky but your team was so helpful. Every time I have stayed there I have been happy. I certainly hope to be able to stay there again when we visit Knoxville in the future. Thank you and your team so very much. Always great customer service! A very relaxing stay.

Always a pleasure staying here. Staff is friendly and the rooms are clean. I stay here for work every year and they never fall short. The rooftop lounge is very nice and the location is center of downtown close to everything. Shout out to Muk, the valet, he took extra care of me and helped me park my giant work van.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Downtown celebrating our 35th anniversary. Jordan went above and beyond to make sure our room was ready AND she had a bottle of wine, a sweet card, and glasses and wine opener for us. We had an early dinner reservation before a concert and wanted to get settled before heading out. Jordan made it happen! She was pleasant and so welcoming. This was our first time staying here, but it certainly won't be our last!
