Embassy Suites by Hilton Knoxville West

We really enjoyed our stay at Embassy Suites. I always find myself thinking that it would be great to stay an additional day. The service is great, and we enjoy the breakfast offered in the mornings.

I have stayed at Embassy Suites in Knoxville, TN, 6 or 7 times in the past year, and after my most recent visit, I realized I should share my experience. First and foremost, the employees at Embassy Suites Knoxville deserve immense praise. Without exception, every interaction I had was characterized by genuine friendliness and a commitment to exceeding my expectations. From the accommodating front desk personnel who seamlessly facilitated my check-in to the friendly and accommodating Chef Cleo, the dedication to guest satisfaction sets the bar high. Embassy Suites offers an excellent buffet breakfast with an omelet station which is always a great way to start the day. My omelet was always cooked exactly how I liked it and each night I would have a wonderful dinner at Flying Spoons. Chef Cleo always took extra care to prepare dinner to my specifications and everything was always delicious. Moreover, the wait staff (Stephanie & DJ) upheld the same standard of excellence. Their friendly demeanor and attentive service contributed to an as enjoyable dining experience, and they were always incredibly accommodating in preparing dinner around my crazy work schedule. Having stayed at Embassy Suites Knoxville on multiple occasions, I can attest to the consistency of the positive experience. The rooms are well suited to the needs of business travelers like myself, offering ample space and are conducive to productivity and relaxation alike.

Better rate out West than downtown, quiet even though adjacent to I-75/I-40. Friendly staff. Clean. Close to lots of restaurants and retail, easy off and on interstate here. Would stay here again, free drinks are always an Embassy Suites plus.

My recent stay at the Embassy Suites was quite enjoyable, and I would certainly consider returning in the future. While most of the staff provided excellent service, there was one notable exception - a DJ in the bar area who displayed pushy behavior and an unkind demeanor.

I was attending a Managers Conference with my husband. We wanted to enjoy some cocktails and hors d’oeuvres and relax before we ordered dinner. We were aggressively approached by a waitress (Name on badge was “DJ”) She was very Bossy & Rude.

Breakfast was free and excellent! Best hotel breakfast!

While returning snow birds trekking north on I-75 a friend suggested we stop at the Embassy Suites Knoxville West. What a delight experience. The hotel is welcoming and warm. Everything is clean, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The most delightful experience is the staff that are engaging, friendly and welcoming. Rebecca, DJ, Prayna and Mark at reception all made me feel like returning family. We will definitely be back. Can’t say enough good things about the experience here.

Every employee we encountered blew out minds with unbelievable courtesy and friendliness. Kind and helpful, that's how we would describe the staff. Do yourself a favor and stay here.
