This hotel is just steps from the University of Tennessee campus. The atmosphere is adorable and the staff was friendly and inviting. The beds are comfortable and the rooms very quaint.

Love the Graduate because of location to UTK’s campus, but the only parking is valet and it’s pricy.

This hotel was top notch and had some really great decorations revolving around good ol Tennessee Volunteers. Can’t wait to stay here again during football season. We stayed for a concert and had a nice 12-15 minute walk to the arena. Great location for games or concerts on campus. Everyone from valet to front desk made our overnight stay great!

Close to so many things to do in Knoxville! The rooms are unique and the decor is fun! Love the saloon and coffee shop right there to easily go to.

The hotel failed to clear its driveway of ice, which made it dangerous for older people like my wife and me to walk safely in the area right outside the front door. When I asked the person staffing the front desk to mention this to management, she told me that it wasn’t her job to clear the ice. I knew that. But it was her job to treat me courteously and hospitably, and she failed on that front. I won’t stay here again.
