Great location out of the hustle and bustle during a sold out Vols game. Great room. Only complaint, sleeper sofa not good mattress, really bad springs. Other than that, really great.

Stayed here for a park and cruise vacation the day before we left port. Hotel was very attractive, clean and service from desk team was exceptional. I recommend if you stay here to prepay for the hotel breakfast at the time of your booking as it is discounted and the breakfast was excellent. This is the only time the discounted breakfast is offered so if you wait until you arrive you will pay full price for the breakfast which is on the more expensive side.

There was only one staff member in the hotel!!!!
On my first night my kids took a shower and I was surprised that the shower floor was flat it didn’t have an edge or wasn’t surrounded with anything to stop the water! The water went everywhere in the bathroom, I was worried my kids will slip when they use the bathroom so I called front desk to get house keeping to dry my floor she said there was no house keeping and that she has no one to send me some towels to my room for me to dry the floor!!! The next night when I came back to the room it wasn’t cleaned and the wet mountain of towels was still in the bathroom floor I moved on, but I did call to get some sheets for the bed she tells me so WHAT ARE YOU DOING WITH SHEETS!!!! That made me so frustrated turns out she was trying to avoid sending sheets because she was the only staff there and had no one to send them!!!
Will not stay there again and will not recommend

I choose where I stay with being able to prepare meals. It is a little more challenging in the Home2 vs Homewood Suites. It would be much more beneficial to have more cookware and utensils. It is already more challenging having to check out a cook top when you arrive. It could use an exterminator as well. My coworker saw a roach in her room. Other than that it is a nice place to stay.
