Everything was great about our stay. No complaints at all.

I am a loyal Marriott customer. Marriott is my go to hotel when I am traveling. I am completely flabbergasted by the rudeness of the evening desk clerk at this location . When I asked about our room not having been made up from last nights stay, he asked me if I stayed in hotels very much and if I expected to have my room made up without a special request. This was just so wrong for so many reasons. Stay away from this branch of Marriott. Any manager, who would hire a desk clerk with this degree of arrogance and rudeness, certainly must have other managerial issues as well

I traveled alone and checked in late at night after driving all day. When I walked in I thought the employee was someone staying there because he wasn't behind the counter and didn't look very professional. He basically just handed me a room key and didn't say much of anything. I misread the number and went to the wrong room where someone inside was yelling so I double checked thankfully and went to the correct room but not before noticing the messy hallway even in the dim light. When I did get to my room the coffee maker was in the bathroom and looked like it hadn't been dusted in ages. The place just had an overall dirty and unsafe atmosphere. When I was loading my car in the morning the staff was smoking in front of the door. Some guy approached me in the parking lot to ask for money. When I checked out the lady was not very friendly. Sadly I stayed at another Fairfield Inn on this trip that was excellent so this was very disappointing. The whole place needs an update from the low ceilings and poorly lit hallways, outdated furniture and creaky elevator, to the poorly trained staff. I even passed up breakfast because again everything just felt dirty.

Although this property is under construction I still want to give a 5 Star rating. The front desk staff was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Danielle the night auditor is top-notch, she went above and beyond to make sure I was taking care of , she's a good listener and was definitely understanding of my needs and concerns anytime I'm in the area this hotel will be first on my list. Decent hotel for overnight stay. Conveniently located just off highway. Appreciate the noon checkout, even though breakfast ended at 9:30. Room was not equipped with hair dryer.
