The room was as expected. I really liked the pool area and the outside seating area! Internet speed was great and the refridgerator was a little larger than the minifridges found in some hotels. The staff was friendly, the mattress comfortable, and the AC worked great.

Got there and the poor front desk girl was obviously sick. Then when we went to the room there was no hot water in the shower. Moved a few rooms down and had hot water. Just wasn’t the best experience for how much we paid. Needs to be much lower price.

The problem we had was there was no soap in the soap dispenser. But other than that everything was good. The maid were still working on alot of the rooms by our room. The front desk person was really nice and got me check in really fast. The check person was really fast to.

The rooms are always great, I would like to recommend that there be a ice machine on both ends of the hallway or one in the center of the hotel, the walk from one end to the other is a long way. The in room flyer stating that the kitchen is open till 10 pm is wrong the kitchen actually closes at 9 pm. I went down around 9:20 and the kitchen staff was gone already.

Great location. Room clean. Cement hot tub needs improvements. But still delightful. glad it was open till 12am. Staff pleasant.

The staff are the best, I've never enjoyed the staff of a hotel as much as I did these ladies and gentlemen. They all deserve a bonus! Jeff in the kitchen is simply all-around awesome. Thanks for the best stay ever. You made my training the best.
