The service at this hotel was fantastic. Our family stays in Knoxville at least once a year for basketball tournaments. This was our first time staying at the Hilton. The room was clean and within walking distance to the convention center. A special thanks goes to Kelsi at the front desk. She ensured our stay was pleasant.

Excellent location right downtown and close to campus. There are many good restaurants all within walking distance. The free trolley has stops close by as well. Decent restaurant in the hotel. As a Diamond member, I was given a room on a high floor with a great view of the river and the hills beyond. Great housekeeping staff. The ventilation system was one of the strangest we've ever encountered. It was jet engine speed, racing from the hallway through the cracks around the door into the room and through the bathroom. It created a pretty hefty draft at all times. And it was chilly air! We had to turn on the heat a time or two (on an 80 degree day) to counteract it. Very annoying.

Not the Hilton experience expected. Every single detail lacks luster. The bed was stiff and sheets not luxurious. The ceiling ugh. The door seal left big gaps, so you could see the light from the hall all night, and hear the hallway activity at anytime. Parking was difficult to validate and can trigger a personal ticket, not a parking ticket, if not accounted/validated correctly. Staff said a personal ticket could affect your credit score? Bad parking accountability. The layout of the room cannot be cured. Tiny bathroom. The furniture in the room and lobby look used, rehomed and didn’t flow. The staff seems to be trying their best with what they have been given to work with; not true Hilton quality by far.

We come to the Hilton Knoxville anytime we are in town for a visit. The accommodations and staff are always good but this year the restaurant staff were exceptional especially Teresa. She is so personable and yet very professional. Teresa made our dining experiences at the Marble City Kitchen outstanding!

Stayed here for work and the location was very convenient to walk to restaurants/bars/ shops. Super friendly staff- Melinda was extra sweet to our group and we appreciated her!
