Air wasn’t working properly in the room even after we had maintenance come. The air wouldn’t stay on so it was hot in the room. In addition to this, at 6:30am i wake up to someone trying to force themself into my room. It was a large drunk man pushing on the door and trying to bust it down. I woke my boyfriend up to go to the door and he was telling the guy he was at the wrong room. The guy was trying to break through the safety latch. Finally he left, but we were unable to go back to sleep so we just left the hotel. Terrible experience overall.

Very comfortable room and easy walk to the square. We were there for a concert at the Tennessee Theater and it was a very short walk. I don't think it's right they charge $30 to park at the hotels garage.We went right around the corner and parked for free "on weekends" at the Locust street garage.

What I wanted to let them know is that the sink leaked. The room was clean and comfortable, just the issue with the sink every time I turned it on. It sprayed all over the counter and leaked all over the counter top.

The location was great, and the employees were friendly, but the hotel room was not worth the cost compared to other places that I have stayed in Knoxville.
The bathtub was clogged and dirty because of that. The bed was uncomfortable. There was no microwave in the room.
I paid for the convenience of being downtown.

Antonio at valet was very personable and ensured that my vehicle was brought to me in a timely manner and always made sure I knew in what direction I needed to travel. Outside of valet, all of the customer service that I received was remarkable. Great place to stay!
