I received an email the day before our arrival that my booking had been cancelled. Had to scramble to find another hotel. This has never happened in all my years of online booking.

I have stayed here several times and I am not sure if it was the fact we were on floor 5 or if the hotel itself is going downhill but it was not a clean place overall. There was bacon sitting on the floor in the hall the entire time we were there up on floor 5. Our room was dated and had a leaky sink There was water damage at the base of the shower and what looked like mold. The breakfast was delicious and my mom on floor 2 had a very clean and nice room.

This hotel is well kept and the service was great. Amazing breakfast selection included omelettes, sausage, oatmeal, waffles, pastries/bagels/muffins, yogurt, juices and coffee in a very nice dining area. Would definitely return again.

Enjoyed our stay of 4 nights. Hotel is very clean, fairly quiet, family-friendly, has friendly staff, and nice breakfast selection. Conveniently located near I-40, restaurants, fast food, and gas stations. Our only complaint would be that the nearby RV dealership’s security system was constantly set off every few minutes all night and every night. My son and I managed to sleep through it but it woke my wife up several times. I was well aware of it though because I could hear it every evening when we returned from our day’s activities.

It was very clean; it even smelled clean! The pool was open 24 hours which was so convenient and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast had everything you would want. Definitely will stay there again!

There is a lot to like with this facility but our room had issues. The floor going from the hallway into the bathroom has an awkward slope that could cause someone to fall especially in the middle of the night. Also the bathroom door jam is stuck and you cannot lock the door.

Excellent experience from checkin to morning breakfast. Amanda at the front desk was nice and efficient. Bad weather probably prevented our reservation not showing up on her computer—no problem, we showed her our confirmation and she cheerfully handled it. She gave us local information. Our room was large and super clean. The pool was warm, pool area warm and it was open 24 hours. We have used pools at dozens of Hampton inns over the years, and this was the best maintained.
