From the outside I assumed this would be a motel quality kind of place, but I was very wrong. For starters the staff were very friendly and helpful and couldn't do enough to help. The room was big, clean and the bed very comfortable. The hotel has a pool that was sadly not open when I stayed, it does however have a decent fitness room which was head and shoulders above the one I used in Dollywood. In the morning there were plenty of breakfast options from scrambled egg/sausage/bacon/waffles etc to cereal and healthier options. So if you're staying for a few nights in the Knoxville area, this is a great little hotel.

The customer service exceeds all expectations and is a model for BW. The breakfast was great. The help from the manager and the lady who checked us in was wonderful. I feel they all went above the guidelines set up for BW. Thank you.

Very helpful and polite front desk and the maintenance gentleman were awesome. I would definitely stay here again. Breakfast was always hot and fresh. The location was great, close to shopping restaurants and easy to get back on the interstate.

Beds and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast was really good as far as hotel breakfasts. There was a build your own yogurt parfait, eggs, biscuits, bacon, sausage, gravy, waffles, pancakes, oatmeal and cereal. Several coffee options. The lady at check in was really helpful and got us some extra things we needed. The guy at check out had to help us with the pancake machine. He was super nice. Def recommend

After a 3 state 6 hour drive we were a bit tired & were hoping check in wouldn't be a hassle. To our surprise. evening staff greeted us with welcoming smiles & both women were friendly & cheerful. We had a pleasant conversation & the check in was fast & easy. The Presidential Suite was extremely spacious & clean. Shower was the biggest we'd ever seen with a large sitting area. Having a tv on both sides of the divider wall came in handy for family that visited. Breakfast was hot & ready on time every morning. Daytime staff was just as friendly & helpful as midday & night staff. We had a great time in Knoxville & will definitely be coming back to the Best Western Plus. Thanks for making us feel welcomed!!

We stopped here on our way home to Michigan from Florida. The staff was amazing. We checked in with Marlon and checked out with Brittany! Both were very pleasant and efficient! The room was clean and comfortable. We are satisfied with our stay. Thank you!

I was unable to stay because my travel provider canceled and the hotel would not reschedule nor issue a refund. I feel like I was robbed. They could have at least rescheduled as they had the availability. They didn’t have the compassion or flexibility they would have liked to receive if in the same circumstances themselves.
