Natasha at the front desk was fantastic!
The road noise and people heard in the parking lot at night was a little much (if you have a room over the parking lot).
Cleanliness and comfort were good other than that.

I was under the impression when I booked my reservation that we had Continental breakfast. The staff at the front desk was not very helpful and did not seem care.

Beautiful view of downtown Knoxville; cute, clean, comfortable room...
Didn't like having to pay $23 for parking (in a garage under the hotel) and not being informed of that ahead of time
