Hotel is fine…some of the guests…not so fine.

The bath and bed were good but the carpet could not have been dirtier. Not a good place for handicapped since the breakfast is upstairs and the ramp is was to much...steep, badly located to traverse . Management did not appear to give effort in finding an item that was left in the room that was highly important to me. Within hours of cheacking out they were called.

I am happy with my choice. We really only needed a room to sleep in the night before attending a graduation ceremony. The room was spotless, the a/c worked great, no problems at all.

Our room was obviously recently updated. Everything was new, clean and comfortable. For the price it's a great place to stay. We were nervous about the pool outside our room, but all was quiet after 10:00pm, no noise. Overall the hotel was quiet and in a great location. Definitely recommend staying here.

Clean rooms and friendly staff, good location of expressway. Room had a bad smell, not just cheap hotel smell but old smoke smell. I would stay here for an evening but would not recommend to a friend.

Front desk was rude and at 2am a man and woman came banging on doors screaming they wouldn’t stay in this hotel bc they just found bed bugs in there bed! Scared everyone and of course worried everyone!

Percy was awesome. Very helpful at breakfast time. Rooms were comfortable. Would stay there again if and when we go back to Knoxville.

Loud noise from the pool , room smelt of smoke , curtains would not close . Will not be back , should get half my money back at least
