This hotel had a broken dresser where sharp shards of wood were sticking out easily cutting someone. The shower leaked and was dripping when we walked into the room. Overall not a place we would recommend

I stayed here from 5/15 to 5/20. Upon seeing that many places have seasonal pools, I called and confirmed with Rachel that the pool would be open and she said yes. The pool was 100% a necessity. We are from Michigan, #1 we haven't gotten to experience a pool yet this year, #2 we are not used to Tennessee heat. I get there, and the pool was NOT opened. I complained to multiple staff members, one telling me there was a crack and it would be open the following week! As if that helped me at all. I spoke with a manager who stated with an attitude, "It's raining right now." I did not arrived that day, nor was I leaving that day. I would have cancelled and booked anywhere else with a pool, but could not do that with a $700 hold on my card already. This absolutely ruined my first vacation in 6 years. I came down for a graduation, but stayed several extra days to lounge by the pool. Bed was hard, maybe covered in plastic. I woke up sweating every night even with the air on. Breakfast was decent. The ladies who served it were nice.
