I had no reservation at this hotel.
They did have rooms available and there were cheaper than what you quoted me.
No easily accessible outlets, and as I crawled in the floor to locate one near the bed, there was trash and food behind the bed tables - I have pictures!

Great location and the facility is clean and the bed comfortable. The staff was helpful. The breakfast wasn't great but is was about what one might expect at a Baymont.

Breakfast service was ridiculous. You are not allowed to view the food and have to select from a menu and only one person is served ( very slowly) at a time. I have food allergies and like my eggs cooked a certain way. I just walked away and went to Starbucks.

I would definitely come back next time I travel to Knoxville. The hotel was clean, the beds were comfortable, breakfast was excellent, and the price of the room more than competitive. Also, the staff was friendly and made every effort to accommodate all of our needs.
