Target, West town mall, Starbucks, tj maxx, the wash house laundromat, etc. There are just so many businesses within 100 ft of this hotel it’s so convenient to everything!

I had a very pleasant stay there to be honest it is what it is. It’s what you pay for and I was happy to have a full kitchen and a comfortable bed. Really the only downside was there was a roach issue a few times in the bathroom only but I’m from Florida so it didn’t really bother me that much, but it was an issue to be honest I would go back. I enjoyed my stay minus the roaches.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Pull out couch was broken. My husband had to sleep on the floor so our kids could have the bed. The kitchen is empty. Nothing to use in the cupboards. There was a disgusting claw of an animal on the kitchen counter. Breakfast was a joke. I had to ask for coffee. It was all empty. Furniture was so uncomfortable and dirty.

Facility could stand an update. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Because it’s cheaper, some of the clientele isn’t the best but, their mostly quiet despite bringing pets. Good location, lots of nearby stores and casual restaurants.

This hotel was close to lots of shops however I won't book this one again. I asked the front desk at the time of check in if I could get another pillow delivered to my room. The answer I got was no because they only had enough pillows for the rooms they have and no extras. Second the shower floor was very noisy anywhere you stepped. You could hear any walking or talking on the floors in the room.

Upon arriving there was no one at the desk. I wanted for 5-10 min then picked up the phone. I didn’t get anyone so I then called the main number for extended stay. Eventually they were able to track done the person on duty, she came out and gave me attitude as she was in the bathroom. I asked “ isn’t there a sign to put up then you leave the desk” and she said yes but I didn’t put it up. She then started to read the Sign to me (seriously passive aggressive ) instead actually just start checking us in. At no point did she take ownership and say “ I am sorry I needed to step away and I should have put the sign up”. How can I help you. She then had to redo the registration 3 times for the second room because apparently an email was required but my dad didn’t have one. Conclusion. Rude, passive-aggressive, untrained and unable to take responsibility/accountability

We stayed for a weekend at Extended Stay. Shay and Patricia were so nice and helpful. Very accommodating staff! The room was spacious, bed was comfortable. Could use an extra heavy blanket but that is customer preference. Room was clean. Older hotel with musty smells but when you travel you are used to that. Would recommend.

The staff was courteous and professional from arrival to checkout. The accommodations were clean, quiet and comfortable. We don't need all the bells and whistles of a modern contemporary establishment with a higher cost so the Extended Stay America Knoxville was perfect for our visit and our budget.

Absolutely wonderful. Very clean, Staff Awesome! Great location with plenty of restaurants and the mall nearby. Highly recommend staying here. I would definitely go back to stay there. Wonderful all around.

My previous two visits weren't bad at all. but this last one, ruined my time here. From the bugs to constantly getting woke up when they know you work nights. Will NEVER stay here again. The younger staff is too sweet. The older ones are rude as ever.

Shay is a excellent customer service person. Great attitude. That goes a long way now a days. I would book again!! Nice nice place to stay. Clean rooms too!! Great customer service. Listened to me and looked out for me as a woman traveling alone. Helped me carry my bags to the room.

The MOST unprofessional, unethical, rude people I have ever spoken with over the phone. If you cannot speak clear english (this IS still United States of America, learn to speak english) put someone who can and who wants to help people on the phone!!!!

This place is more like a motel. Came in and there is no lobby. Initial room had a STRONG smell of fish. Toilet also looked like someone had used it to go #2 and had not flushed well. Got moved to another room, kids screaming outside of it after 11pm. Stained carpet through room. Walls paper thin. Breakfast incredible disappointing- just packaged muffins, and a granola bar.

Mr Larry Brown was at the front desk the night we rolled into Knoxville, He greeted us with a professional and welcoming attitude . Our interaction with Mr. Brown made us feel like we were talking to a family friend. He helped us navigate our reservation to our satisfaction what a GEM . The extended stay is fantastic, and Larry is an absolute angel! He has been so kind and patient with my silly questions and has made me feel right at home! The rooms, amenities, and service are 10/10!
