Loved it. The breakfast selection and time available was great, super clean, comfortable beds and pillows, offered complementary water, fantastic customer service.

We were extremely impressed with this hotel. My kids (12 and 8) loved playing pool in the lobby with us, they have complimentary cookies and waters all day, the rooms and hotel itself are extremely clean! And every employee we encountered was wonderful.
The beds were comfortable, the only thing we will do next time is bring pillows. We sleep with 2 pillows normally and there was only 1 for each of us. We asked for extra pillows and they only had 1 extra pillow due to being filled to capacity this weekend.
We didn’t get to utilize the indoor pool due to time constraints, but it looked well kept. We have no complaints and will definitely stay here again when visiting the area.

This hotel is just about the cleanest and most cheerful I have enter frequented. Everything was just spotless and as soon as a spill or crumbs were seen, the team was vacuuming and cleaning up. The common areas were just glowing. Everyone I met across the facilities, housekeeping, breakfast, and desk staff was super friendly and made things easy for me, and everyone else it appeared. I saw staff handling credit card problems, guests with dogs, and a crowded breakfast area with polite ease. I appreciated their QR code to leave a gratuity, but--hint, hint management--there was no way to tip the staff as a team. I had to choose a person or a single depar**ent, and in this case, i really did want to thank them all.

I want to say the customer service is top notch here. Michelle, William, Lavette and Andrew are great! Thank you all for a very good experience! This is why we choose Tru! We will be back next year and staying at the Tru once again. Best experience from check in to the very end.

This was the best hotel state I have ever experienced! We were in town it should’ve been! We were in town for my daughter soccer game. She hurt her ankle when we walked in to check into the hotel Chris and Sue quickly came to the rescue with an ice pack without us even asking. My daughter then found out that there were ducks that you could find around the hotel to turn in for prizes. All the ducks had been found but Chris and sue went out of their way to re hide the ducks just so my daughter could find some! Great customer service they went above and beyond for our family! The room its self was so clean i could even believe it! Was i absolutely loved our stay! 10 out of 10 for sure!
