This hotel is just about the cleanest and most cheerful I have enter frequented. Everything was just spotless and as soon as a spill or crumbs were seen, the team was vacuuming and cleaning up. The common areas were just glowing. Everyone I met across the facilities, housekeeping, breakfast, and desk staff was super friendly and made things easy for me, and everyone else it appeared. I saw staff handling credit card problems, guests with dogs, and a crowded breakfast area with polite ease. I appreciated their QR code to leave a gratuity, but--hint, hint management--there was no way to tip the staff as a team. I had to choose a person or a single depar**ent, and in this case, i really did want to thank them all.
