Loved it. The breakfast selection and time available was great, super clean, comfortable beds and pillows, offered complementary water, fantastic customer service.

Awesome place. Michelle was so helpful and accommodating. Really enjoyed the stay . Would come back again. Breakfast is good as well with variety of items such as corn flakes, milk, almond milk, etc., Children have their own book stall and pool table

This Tru is great. When we visit our daughter at UTK, we stay here. It a good location to the University, but out of the hustle and bustle. It is clean and has lots of games/activities for kids-indoor pool, large connect four, pool table, among others and they do a fun duck hunt. The Staff is really what makes it. They are amazing! The friendliest and most helpful. Special Kudos to Sue Gabbie and Dee Dee, just the best. The breakfast is good as well.

We were extremely impressed with this hotel. My kids (12 and 8) loved playing pool in the lobby with us, they have complimentary cookies and waters all day, the rooms and hotel itself are extremely clean! And every employee we encountered was wonderful.
The beds were comfortable, the only thing we will do next time is bring pillows. We sleep with 2 pillows normally and there was only 1 for each of us. We asked for extra pillows and they only had 1 extra pillow due to being filled to capacity this weekend.
We didn’t get to utilize the indoor pool due to time constraints, but it looked well kept. We have no complaints and will definitely stay here again when visiting the area.
