This was the worst Fairfield I had ever stayed at. I booked all of my Hotels on this app. I booked another night went to check back in at 9AM. They charged me for a night I already paid for. They rushed me out before check out. They threw my things away because I needed to make two trips because I had a lot of bags. I will never be back here. There are better hotels in Knoxville.

Not clean. Stains on the blankets and hair in the shower and on the floor. Blanket was also chewed or torn or something. Also I made sure we were not in a pet friendly hotel but there was dogs barking this morning and such banging etc. wasn’t suppose to be smoked in and it was very rank .. very disappointing.. the beautiful pictures are misleading.
