I recently stayed here for my daughters graduation. Ava, Mason, Eleanor, and Steven were super friendly upon check-in! Nina at the M club was so sweet. The area was well stocked and very clean! We had a minor issue with our AC unit and TC, the technician, arrived and resolved the issue very quickly! The rooms are very nice with floor to ceiling windows, very comfy beds, and great location! I highly recommend staying at this property!

Margaret was a gem. My husband has medical issues and on the way to men’s room had an accident. He was very embarrassed. Margaret cleaned the area like it was no big deal. She was very considerate and understanding. I appreciated her very much.

Every Marriot employee we came in contact with was exceptional - specifically Chris and Steven (front desk/shuttle) and Nina in the M Club - the employees went above and beyond to help our large group on Graduation weekend a hectic weekend made manageable with excellent service - thank you

Our time in Knoxville could not have been better. We’ve made a number of trips here for football and basketball games, with this trip being our son’s graduation from UT. The staff here made us feel at home, and always went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Huge shout out to the housekeeping staff, and Margaret in particular, for accommodating our needs. Looking forward to future trips and seeing staff that feels like family.

We were here for a college graduation for 3 nights. Rooms were very expensive,$1,800.00 total. When we checked in they said we were upgraded which was nice however, we were looking at the top of a roof with equipment on it. Our rooms never got cleaned the days we were there even though we called two times both days asking for service. I called for the manager and all he could say was he will bring towels up, and I said I expect a discount as this is ridiculous and we didn’t even have clean towels. He gave us $127.00 discount and he brought the towels up. When we come back we won’t be staying here that is for sure. Very disappointing!!!

It was clean and comfortable but by the highway you can hear some motorcycles and sirens at night.

Amanda, in the M Club, made our first morning lovely. As we all worked to squeeze a day’s work into a couple of hours at breakfast, she breezed in and out efficiently taking care of a room full of breakfasting guests pleasantly. She should have looked harried, but she was the picture of grace and elegance, and is a tremendous ambassador for the hotel.

Noise from street below was beyond acceptable. Even on top floor (11) too much noise from traffic. Not really the hotel’s fault, but beyond reasonable levels and I would not choose to stay there again. Additionally, the power outlets on the wall headboard did not work. Unacceptable, especially for a new property.

Excellent customer service- Amanda made breakfast special and was a ray of sunshine! The bar/restaurant and amenities are perfect. GOVOLS! Can’t think of a better place to celebrate our daughter’s graduation! We will definitely stay here again when in Knoxville
