Hotel was okay, smallish room but clean. Not sure about charging guests who stay two nights extra to use the spa, never heard of this before. Also failed to reply to email sent last week regarding an item I forgot. staff were generally good but disorganised

I stayed in room 256, a junior suite. It was spacious and clean, with a balcony ( looking onto the car park but if you looked to the distance it was a nice view. Unfortunately it was too cold to enjoy sitting outside.
Bathroom was clean and spacious with a TV at the end of the bath - shame the bath wasn’t big enough for 2. The shower was great.
Having a just to get water and milk was great to be able to put it in the fridge and have fresh milk for a cuppa in the morning.
All staff were polite and friendly.
Only shame was the hotel charge extra for using the spa if you don’t book direct with them.

I stayed here to visit my son and will always book here in the future, Good value for money, lovely facilities, excellent restaurant and bar. We used the pool area which is lovely, had an evening meal and breakfast which was really good with really friendly staff.

Minging. Upgraded as special treat to a suite and late check out. Suite is so outdated and shabby. The pictures on their site is NOTHING like in real life. For over £300 for two nights- I should have booked somewhere else. So utterly disappointed!

Stayed for a birthday celebration weekend. Room was very well appointed, dressing gowns and slippers, tea and coffee with fresh milk and water from stations in the corridor. We used the spa facilities were very good and clean, steam room and sauna were nicely hot ! Dinner and breakfast were good, well cooked and presented. We pre-paid for drinks to facilitate easy payments but when we ordered at dinner we had to pay by card because otherwise the waiter said he would have to go back and forth to the bar to deal with the pre-payment accounting (??!), so that was a bit of a wasted option and hence had given 4 not 5 stars.

Organised an early check in so we could make the most of the spa facilities and for the extra £25.00 itvwas well worth it. Arrived in our room to champagne on ice and a small platter of fruit, shortbread and chocolate on a plate with Happy birthday written in icing on it. Our room was 151 located on the ground floor, a lovely modern room. The Spa facilities were excellent and we spent a good few hours just chilling. The evening meal and breakfast were both fantastic and food was delivered promptly by the very attentive staff. We would definitely recommend this hotel a great place to just unwind and be pampered and located just outside of knutsford, a beautiful historic town. Great hotel and wonderful staff.a

Came here for a conference. Easy to get to from the main roads. Nice location with garden centre and birds of prey centre to see within walking distance next door to hotel. The hotel is in Manchester flight path, but with windows shut ( yes there is air con) he noise reduction is very good. Love the fact that there are fridges in each room with 2 bottles. one for water and the other for fresh milk, which you get from milk + water dispensers in the middle of each floor. So environmentally friendly and also great for in room tea and coffee making facilities. Conference facilities were some of the best I've seen in a while. Refreshments ( of which there were great variety and quality) always available. Most of the public areas are wheelchair accessible, so please be sure to mention if booking dining or spa. There are 2 accessible rooms with roll in wet rooms. Evacuation needs were sensitively addressed at check in. Staff were all superb. Attentive, engaging and welcoming. All staff had a smile on their face and were personable. Will definitely come back.
