Fantastic spa day. Great facilities. All very clean. I went there mid week and it was almost empty at times during the day. Lovely friendly staff. Rosie on reception was really welcoming and Evie the spa therapist gave a brilliant massage. The afternoon tea included on my deal was good and so was the glass of Prosecco! Really enjoyable chill-out day! Thank you

This would’ve been a five star review if there had been more beds available around the pool. We had a groupon deal.. the facilities and staff were amazing. The treatments are brilliant and the afternoon tea was lovely. I complained about the beds, as there were eight that were not used for over an hour, yet they had towels on them, left by other customers, which meant nobody else could use them. Hopefully they will make more beds available in the future.

On a recent visit to the Mere Spa I booked a back massage. The treatment was carried out by Aneesha. Prior to my massage Aneesha did an assessment of my needs and explained how she would perform the massage. I have had massages in Hotel Spas throughout the world but I found my experience with Aneesha at the Mere to be the best I have had and I felt great after the treatment.

What an absolutely lovely experience, from the moment we stopped into Mere Golf and Spa we felt truly special. I had a spa day with my sister which included 2 treatments and afternoon tea. We also got to use the gym and pool too. James on the reception desk was incredibly helpful and pleasant and showed us around and then I had two treatments with Gianina who was especially good at massage. We went in the gym for an hour which is filled with state of the art equipment. We then had our afternoon tea which was very tasty and filling and we replaced by the pool for a while. All in all the staff were friendly, accommodating and very professional. We couldn’t have asked for more from our spa day.

I have done boxing workout with Mike this morning and I enjoyed it so much Mike is amazing and he is very helpful and making sure I am building my strength slowly I am someone who do not enjoy workouts classes but I enjoy Mike class I did not feel like a stranger within the team .H

Another lovely pampering spa day. Brilliant massage and facial by Keira. Thankyou! We enjoyed the thermal rooms and the jacuzzi pool and always love the relaxation room. Lovely afternoon tea too, with a tasty gluten free version. See you next time

Jana was amazing!! The full body masssge was great and she took her time to make sure that every knot was out!! The scents used were great and the facilites well looked after. The pool and spa were great. The salt sauna was a nice surprise! Great spa day!!

Spa Day with afternoon tea - gorgeous ! From the moment we arrived for our spa day we were treated so well ! Bethan and Chris went out of their way in so many ways to make us feel so welcome. It was very peaceful which we enjoyed and even the afternoon tea and spa therapists all just made the experience very memorable. Thank you - we will be back !
