Beautiful hotel facing the lagoon. Check in was not a smooth process due to a room mix up. The service from the staff was outstanding. The room I checked into was very nice, spacious, clean with a beautiful view of the lagoon. The food was delicious. The hotel is a bit far from the city center/waterfront.
Overall experience was outstanding.
I look forward to visiting this place again in summer.

Nice view to the lagoon. Very quit. Only 10 meters to the water. 15 min by car to the waterfront and restaurants

Heel erg vriendelijk personeel. Ze doen heel erg hun best om het volledig naar je zin te doen. Vooral Promise is een toppertje. Het hotel en de omgeving zijn uniek. Het enige jammere is dat de gordijnen erg veel licht doorlaten waardoor je al heel vroeg wakker bent.

I appreciated all of the staff members so much. They were delightful and helpful at every interaction. The Game Drive was serene. I was impressed by the many other activities offered. Our room was fantastic and afforded us good rest. Thank you!

My husband and I visited Amanzi this past week from the 10th to the 14th of October 2024. The service was top notch. I loved everything about Amanzi and will definitely go back. A special Thank you to Ashley, Mariet and Mariam for the exceptional service that they gave us. They went above and beyond just to make sure we enjoyed our stay. They are valuable assets to the team especially Ashley and one of the reasons why my Husband and I will definitely visit again. Give Ashley an award 👌
