My friend Nick booked my 4 night accommodation on the beautiful island of Koh Lanta. We were blessed to have found such a wonderful place to stay. The staff are truly wonderful. Even by high Thai standards the lady at reception is a huge credit to her boss for the outstanding level of customer service she provides. When I first arrived I was met by warm hospitality by two of the front desk ladies. Their smiles, laughs and genuine kind nature was evident from the moment I entered the premises and consistently remained through my short visit. I have travelled around the world but the excellent customer service at Grand house will remain with me forever. The accommodation is clean, spacious and the bed is both huge and extremely comfortable. Going back to the staff, it was very helpful that the lovely lady agonised my motorcycle hire and clothes washing as well as repeatedly asking how Nick was who sadly had taken ill. I would highly recommend Grand House, Koh Lanta. Fantastic value for money with the best staff in the world :)

Прекрасная маленькая гостиница, в 5 мин. ходьбы от самого лучшего пляжа на острове Лонг- бич, только перейти через дорогу и пройти по красивой территории отеля « шале..» Хозяйка очень милая, содержит все в чистоте, уютно, все функционирует, горячая вода круглосуточно, ежедневно вода, кофе, туалетная бумага, хороший w-f, есть чайник, приборы; можно приобрести экскурсии, билеты, очень удобно. Шум от дороги не беспокоил, все было тихо. В соседнем домике « Локо..» делают пиццу( ( мне не понравилась, не знаю, почему такие восторженные отзывы)- но если лень куда - нибудь идти, то сойдёт
