We had a great stay at this hotel. Staff was friendly and helpfull. Rooms was clean. Directly at the beach.

Nice n Good for vacation

Its an absolutely beautiful location on a picturesque beach that has some of the most incredible sunsets I've ever seen. Thats pretty much it. Management has been ignoring my messages for the past week even though we've been here for a full month and they haven't made a single attempt at fixing the wifi issue. We've had consistent wifi for maybe 5-8 days out of the entire month we've been here, and the management continues to say they'll fix it soon but nothing gets done. The ac units are ancient and stop working often, the plumbing is as delicate as a newborn infant, and the wifi is about as spotty as a Denzel valentine three point attempt (it sucks). The beds are hard and uncomfortable, and the shower is barely screwed onto the wall. If any semblance of comfort is what youre searching for, this is absolutely not the place for you. If you want something cheap and mediocre for a few nights with a great view, then you found your spot. Will not return after our stay is up. Edit: After attempting to cancel the rest of our stay (one month left) they refused to process our refund and told us that Agoda had to process our refund, and that we had to call Agoda directly so they could do it. Then after we called Agoda, they said that the hotel manager had to confirm to process a refund and that it wasn't up to them, it was up to the hotel. The hotel then said it was up to Agoda not them. This process went on for two days, until finally we had enough and packed up everything and decided yo leave. However, before leaving we needed to have them sign some papers stating that we were leaving on the 6th (which is the day we decided to leave) but they refused to sign the papers saying that we are leaving earlier than the first bookings check out date. After going back and forth for 30 minutes the manager continued to ignore the phone calls from Agoda so that she doesnt have to approve the refund. After getting upset and requesting that the manager pick up the phone, they sent a random guy to intimidate us and then he called the police on us. If you want a good, positive experience DO NOT COME HERE. If youre from the U.S. DO NOT COME HERE. Ive traveled around the world to most countries and stayed in places that weren't very comfortable, but Ive never been robbed so clearly and obviously as this situation. The deceiving practices they use in this hotel are absolutely appalling.

Owner really helped us ring ferry company and got us on next ferry and a pick up , very helpful staff here Good restaurant Jameji on way to 7-11 after asura on the right easy to find Loads of bars on beach serving food Beach lovely great to walk on after breakfast Worth a stay here Very nice people
