2.5 star hotel - on the beach and friendly staff - do not expect too much. It is 2.5 star. Some rooms are beach front. There is massage on the beach just outside the hotel. There are many seafood snd Thai food on the beach. The street food and night concert is about 4 min walking from the hotel.

Boy and his family are fantastic hosts. There’s a reasonable restaurant on site and a relaxed atmosphere. Great for families and solo travellers alike.

We arrived on Koh Lanta by motorbike looking for somewhere to stay. We saw this place and pulled in, Mr Boy was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is on a lovely beach location with good bars nearby. The room was basic but had air con and a comfy bed. It was very clean and at a good price. Mr Boy organised our speedboat to Koh Kradan and let us leave the bike at the hotel then picked us up from the pier on our return. Highly recommended if looking for a budget friendly place to stay.

Lovely stay, extremely clean thank you! Bungalows are big for the price. Food is lovely & the resort being right on an amazing beach is exceptional!

When we arrived, we were told we needed to pay an additional 400 batt for air conditioning, despite our booking stating it would be included. When we said this to owner they became very aggressive with us and would not take accountability for the error.
