The linen and towels are clean, but all other surfaces are dusty and dirty. There are stains and traces of crushed mosquitoes on the walls.

We had an awesome stay! You will have your own bungalow which has a huge bed, a refrigerator, AC and drinks + Coffee for free! Very cool extra: there are many usb ports for charging!
You are right in the exact middle of the pattaya beach and a few meters away from the walking street. Nights are very quite for great sleep and staff was more than friendly. You even get a free welcome drink with refreshing towel which is a big plus after you arrive by boat!
We really liked our 4 day stay and would recommend and book again. More than happy :)
