The room, which cost nearly 2,000 yuan a night, was so disappointing. Let's talk about the room first. Many hooks of the curtains had fallen off, which made them very difficult to pull. The towels were very dirty, and they didn't absorb water like painted fiber fabrics, and they had a strange smell. The bath water and the water for brushing teeth smelled like diesel. There were several cockroaches in the room, and the floor was very dirty. The soles of your feet would turn black after a few steps. You couldn't watch TV either. The entire hotel was powered by a generator, so it was very noisy 24/7. There was no faucet at the door of the room to wash your feet, only a basin with a little water in it. The water was not changed during the three days we stayed. Let's talk about the swimming pool. The water was so dirty that it turned green. I really couldn't get in the water. There was a layer of oil floating on it, probably sunscreen. There was a thick layer of dust on the bar next to the swimming pool. My husband wrote "clean me", and it was still there when we checked out three days later. All the staffs don't speak English well, and their attitudes are not good. They are all very impatient, except for the American (the boss's brother) who served breakfast. Finally, I want to complain about the breakfast. It is not a buffet, but a few fixed sets, which are very unpalatable. The coffee is not good either, and there is no coffee machine. For such an expensive room rate, the software and hardware do not meet the standard of this price. I do not recommend booking this hotel at all.

The water from the shower faucets is occasionally dirty and smells like gasoline. The TV was old and blurry and could only play a few Thai radio stations. The only thing about the whole room that made sense was that the bed was okay for sleeping. Breakfast is very average, very average, very average. However, the extra room fee does not provide extra slippers, and the adults only have paper slippers and no beach slippers (in the end, we went out to buy slippers ourselves without extra money). . Shortly after we checked in in the afternoon, the lady at the front desk said that they would get off work at 5 pm, and they might not be able to find anyone after get off work. If necessary, call the front desk card. . Then, in the evening we discovered that the water was out. . I couldn't find anyone, and even if I contacted Ctrip to complain to Ctrip staff, I couldn't find anyone. Fortunately, I swam at the beach in the afternoon and took a shower in advance. I came back very late after dinner to restore the water. I don’t know how Ctrip managed to coordinate the water back without finding hotel staff. It was not easy for Ctrip staff on New Year’s Eve. We didn’t ask for more. We would definitely change hotels on weekdays. . . The next day, breakfast, I thought I would finally have a good breakfast. . We admit that the breakfast is okay, but when a Japanese family of four came over opposite, we realized the difference in service. When we ordered, we were only provided with a dense English menu, and we looked at it for a long time before being given a picture menu. A family of three gave each person a slice of watermelon and pineapple (Picture 8); opposite a Japanese family of four, with a two- or three-year-old baby for us, they enthusiastically gave us an English + picture menu, and a long plate full of fruits. I deeply feel the differences in trea**ent between countries. Please arrange for Ctrip personnel to personally verify the above. If it is true, please remove this hotel from your platform.

房間衞生還可以，但是最致命就是經常沒水，還有沒有手工花沙，洗澡太不方便了！2000多的酒店真配不上！
