The hotel is very beautiful and very good, all in greenery, on the first line. Daily room cleaning, good varied breakfasts. I recommend!

The concept is pretty nice, but the bungalows are quite outdated — we stayed at 3 different hotels (2 on the sunrise beach, 1 at the north pole) and all the hotels are a bit oudsted inside. The girls at the reception were great, helped us with everything we asked for. The territory is not that big, compared to other resorts. But very green and a nice layout. The biggest disappointment was the a/c — it was old and very noisy, even at the minimum fan level, and obviously couldn’t cool the room down. In April and May a/c is the first thing that must work properly cause it’s extremely hooooot. The bathroom at the balinese villa is huge, but there is not air circulation, so after you take a shower be ready for a weird smell — not from pipes, but from the humid space with no ventilation. One more thing we didn’t like was that there was no shower or faucets in the beach area — so when you’re done with your beach activities and head back to the room you won’t find any water to help you get rid of the sand. We had to use the pool for that reason. The breakfast is pretty simple, it’s not a buffet, but you can choose different options from the menu. Very basic taking into account the price you pay for the villa — for the same price you will get an amazing buffet at the Idyllic concept next door with plenty of options, including noodle station, roti station, ice cream, etc. For 1 night it was okay, but I’d hardly choose it for a longer stay.

Excellent hotel, the room is so great and the toilet is just too big. Overall a great place to stay, we enjoyed maximum.

The room, which cost nearly 2,000 yuan a night, was so disappointing. Let's talk about the room first. Many hooks of the curtains had fallen off, which made them very difficult to pull. The towels were very dirty, and they didn't absorb water like painted fiber fabrics, and they had a strange smell. The bath water and the water for brushing teeth smelled like diesel. There were several cockroaches in the room, and the floor was very dirty. The soles of your feet would turn black after a few steps. You couldn't watch TV either. The entire hotel was powered by a generator, so it was very noisy 24/7. There was no faucet at the door of the room to wash your feet, only a basin with a little water in it. The water was not changed during the three days we stayed. Let's talk about the swimming pool. The water was so dirty that it turned green. I really couldn't get in the water. There was a layer of oil floating on it, probably sunscreen. There was a thick layer of dust on the bar next to the swimming pool. My husband wrote "clean me", and it was still there when we checked out three days later. All the staffs don't speak English well, and their attitudes are not good. They are all very impatient, except for the American (the boss's brother) who served breakfast. Finally, I want to complain about the breakfast. It is not a buffet, but a few fixed sets, which are very unpalatable. The coffee is not good either, and there is no coffee machine. For such an expensive room rate, the software and hardware do not meet the standard of this price. I do not recommend booking this hotel at all.

I really can’t believe the conditions in a hotel with more than 2,000 yuan are so difficult. There is a stinking ditch next to the entrance of the hotel. When you look down from the room, you can see a pool of sewage. The facilities in the room are old and shaky. The faucets fall off at any time. The shower faucets are full of stains. The water from the shower faucets is occasionally dirty and smells like gasoline. The TV was old and blurry and could only play a few Thai radio stations. The only thing about the whole room that made sense was that the bed was okay for sleeping. Breakfast is very average, very average, very average. There are several set meals that can be said to be shabby. It's really unpalatable and unpalatable. All are honest reviews, an unforgettable experience

This should be the first negative review for a hotel recommended on the Ctrip platform since 2023, and it is a comprehensive negative review. It is hard to imagine that this is the hotel I booked for my family to spend New Year's Eve. Thinking that I won’t cause trouble to everyone on New Year’s Eve, I can’t bear to comment until now. In terms of environment: The room is located in a building next to the entrance of the hotel on a village road, next to a smelly ditch (picture 6). It is covered with floating plants, but it is still difficult to cover up the pungent smell of dirty water. 🤮The good thing is that you can’t smell it in the room when the door is closed. In terms of hygiene: It was late at night before we went to bed that we discovered that the bedding was stained and had a big hole in it (Pictures 1, 2, and 3). . . After turning on the lights, I found that the lampshade in the lobby was also stained (Picture 4). How could such dirty and broken things appear in a hotel with a room rate of 2,000+? ? I don’t know if the water in the swimming pool is circulated, but I saw people collecting leaves, but no water was changed. (Picture 5) When we checked out, we saw old mattresses piled up outside the check-out area in the adjacent corridor. Our backs instantly felt cold. (I didn’t have time to take pictures, so please check with Ctrip to see if the mattresses in all rooms are old mattresses) In terms of service: Booking a room for 2 people. We are bringing children and there is an additional room fee. There is no problem. However, the extra room fee does not provide extra slippers, and the adults only have paper slippers and no beach slippers (in the end, we went out to buy slippers ourselves without extra money). . Shortly after we checked in in the afternoon, the lady at the front desk said that they would get off work at 5 pm, and they might not be able to find anyone after get off work. If necessary, call the front desk card. . Then, in the evening we discovered that the water was out. . I couldn't find anyone, and even if I contacted Ctrip to complain to Ctrip staff, I couldn't find anyone. Fortunately, I swam at the beach in the afternoon and took a shower in advance. I came back very late after dinner to restore the water. I don’t know how Ctrip managed to coordinate the water back without finding hotel staff. It was not easy for Ctrip staff on New Year’s Eve. We didn’t ask for more. We would definitely change hotels on weekdays. . . The next day, breakfast, I thought I would finally have a good breakfast. . We admit that the breakfast is okay, but when a Japanese family of four came over opposite, we realized the difference in service. When we ordered, we were only provided with a dense English menu, and we looked at it for a long time before being given a picture menu. A family of three gave each person a slice of watermelon and pineapple (Picture 8); opposite a Japanese family of four, with a two- or three-year-old baby for us, they enthusiastically gave us an English + picture menu, and a long plate full of fruits. I deeply feel the differences in trea**ent between countries. Please arrange for Ctrip personnel to personally verify the above. If it is true, please remove this hotel from your platform.

房間衞生還可以,但是最致命就是經常沒水,還有沒有手工花沙,洗澡太不方便了!2000多的酒店真配不上!
