The location is convenient, close to the speedboat dock.
You can walk to Sunrise and Sunset Beach in 20-30 minutes.
The food was good too.

Our stay to celebrate husband’s birthday, thank you very much to have nice set up in the room for us.

Initially, I was impressed by the lush greenery and the serene atmosphere as I stepped into the villa. The overall ambiance was pleasant. Although I had booked a sea view room for my first time, I realized that the sea was not directly in front of my room as expected. Nonetheless, I could still catch a glimpse of the sea, so it was acceptable.
Regarding the room facilities, I found that the air conditioning wasn't sufficiently cooling despite setting it to the lowest temperature. Given the extreme heat in Koh Lipe, I had anticipated a cooler room environment. Another aspect to mention is that the villa provided only two small bottles of water per room. When I requested additional bottles at the front desk, I was surprised to learn that they were available at their mart and i could actually purchase on my own.
I also observed that the pathways outside the villa were somewhat hazardous, especially since the area is still under development. I wouldn't recommend walking through these areas due to the lack of lighting and uneven road conditions, with puddles of water present.
As for breakfast, there weren't many options available, and the staff seemed somewhat inattentive. Considering the room charges per night, I had expected a higher level of service. Despite these issues, I still managed to enjoy my stay overall.

Second visit to Koh Lipe, Thailand
This time we stayed at Bundhaya Villas
It really gives me a different experience every time I go to Lipe
We originally booked The Cliff Lipe
But because of changes in the itinerary, we cancelled it and changed the date and rebooked this hotel.
This hotel is right next to the pier after getting off the island, and it is very convenient and close to the pedestrian street. The sand in front of the hotel is very fine and soft, and you can see blue tears at night💧, the sea water is also very clear, and there are not many boats in front.
The point is that the hotel breakfast tastes great, and the choice is relatively rich. There are shrimps and squids every day, and there are a lot of them. The portion is very sufficient and not stingy at all.
The room is also very comfortable. Hotels in Koh Lipe basically have room cleaning services every day, which is very good.

I enjoyed staying in this hotel. It has excellent service, beautiful territory, and a tasty breakfast. Drawbacks: The road to the walking street goes through the warehouses, so it's better to go here through the beach. Mattresses and pillows are okay, but I expect them to be newer for such a price. I would stay here again if I came to Ko Lipe next time. It's a great resort for its price.
