Very good school, good a**osphere, calm, not crowded, clear water in front of the beach. You can dive right in front of the school. There are beautiful corals and fish that are bigger than the dive site. Only the hotel's WiFi signal is not very good. But if I go to Lipe again, I will definitely stay here again.

Environment: Personally, I think the combination of the beach and the sea in front of the hotel is the best in Lipe. The sand is finer than that at Irene (The north point), and the sea is cleaner than that at Pattaya Beach. There are also coral reefs, and you can snorkel right in front of the hotel, but there are not as many fish as in the sea at Irene. We stayed in a beach cabin, where we could see the sea while lying on the bed. There was a small terrace outside. The most pleasant moment every day was lying on the terrace at night, blowing in the wind and listening to the waves. Service: When the boat arrives at Pattaya Pier, someone will hold a sign to pick it up, and transfer to a small wooden boat to the hotel. Before arrival, the hotel has three waiters waiting on the shore. Two people carry luggage, and one person is responsible for greetings, guiding check-in, etc. When you usually go to a restaurant, the waiter will remember your room number and greet you warmly. Sanitary facilities: Although the facilities are relatively old, the maintenance is still quite good. There was no inconvenience due to room facilities during the stay, and the cleaning was in place.

Everything is great, but the houses are on stilts and they shake a little when walking around the house + the water pressure is not very strong. But you won't find a better location on the island. The chefs in the restaurant cook at 5+, be sure to try their pizza.
