民宿水平，不過也是島上最好的度假村了…不好的點：
1. 水龍頭的水水壓不穩，水是鹹的！
2. 硬件已近開始壞了，櫃子是翹邊的，花灑的卡座也掉了，馬桶也快壞了，服氣！
3. 空調很不給力
4. 員工倒是蠻熱情盡責的，衹是動作有點慢…

景色不錯！酒店設施一般櫃子都是壞的！遙控按鍵也不靈！早餐很豐盛送到房間用餐的！服務比較差！服務員都是皮笑肉不笑的給人感覺很不好！特別是走的時候比較趕人給人很冷漠的感覺希望你趕緊走！坐在酒店大堂等車的時候時間還沒到預訂時候就着急把行李拉走讓我們走都沒問過我們！這個酒店是我這次泰國旅行住的服務最差的一個酒店也是唯一一個讓我感到不愉快的事！很失望

酒店很漂亮，價格也高，但是太不人性化，我們住了兩晚海景房，因為有急事要離島，後兩晚的園林房沒法續住，所以在前一天申請退款，工作人員始終不給退，多次請求無果，無奈衹有作罷！！太不

艾琳酒店是島上最好的酒店，景色和設施都很好，服務熱情周到。贈送的酒店拍照攝影師態度友好，攝影水平很高。唯一有點感到不足的就是酒店的早餐，不是自助餐，是以套餐的形式，選折性小。酒店有自己的app ，可以通過app跟酒店前台溝通，回覆及時，問題解決的也挺快。總體來説還是非常滿意。

酒店佔據很好的海灘資源，周邊環境很好，適宜度假。酒店設施相對於價格，就比較一般，房間無智能化系統，掛壁空調，洗漱用品不是獨立套裝……衞生方面，清理不及時，我們下午茶時間點餐到沙灘泳池旁用餐，直到第二天退房，都沒有員工主動上門收拾清理餐後餐具。最後説説服務，本來服務體驗不錯，但回國後發現錢包少了800人民幣。我們7號入住了樹屋，8號住沙灘屋，中途需要換房間，因為8號9點報了出海一日遊，所有行李寄存在酒店了，下午出海回來，服務員直接帶我們入住了沙灘屋。在麗貝、合艾、曼谷都用泰銖，沒有用人民幣，所以一直沒有清點過人民幣。直到10號早上回國，才發現包裏3950的現金，衹有3150了。整個出行，錢包衹有出海那天離開過我身邊，所以難以表述麗貝島上最好的酒店，居然會偷客人現金。出遊買了保險的，但由於今天回國才發現，也無法舉證。來寫這個點評，也是希望貴酒店給予重視，在高端酒店裡，客人貴重物品、現金遺失是很差的體驗感！

酒店度假感滿滿，客房很大，獨立院子帶小泳池，小孩非常開心，早餐也送到房間，品種很多，在泳池邊享用吹着海風很愜意
