Beautiful resort across from a quiet beach; very friendly and helpful staff; excellent meals. They arranged two boat trips for us to several different islands in Phang Nga Bay, including a couple hours of kayaking, and we rented their bikes for a day to explore the island. Would definitely go back.

Very friendly hotel in a very quiet remote island . 9 huge villas around a nice swimming pool close to the beach . Very friendly staff alwyas smiling and ready to help you .The manager - Nancy - does everything possible to please you . Lot of birds in the trees . Good restaurant on site plus 2 others 2-3 minutes walkiing . If you want a quiet place it's for you . If you want to party go somewhere else

Bungalow 8 10 bungalows waarvan er 8 rond het grote centrale zwembad liggen. De bungalows zijn groot (80 m2) met een aparte grote zitkamer met eetkamertafel en keukenblok. Door een schuifdeur naar de grote slaapkamer met bureau met tv en een kast. Weer een schuifdeur naar de badkamer met twee 2 wastafels en een toilet. Daarachter een buitendouche met planten. Aan de muren hangen verschillende mooie kunstwerken. Bij de bungalow horen ook verschillende terrassen met ligbedden. Bij het zwembad ook meerdere terrassen. Er is wat achterstallig onderhoud maar over het algemeen ziet het er goed uit. Verder moet je voor het ontbijt een dag van tevoren je keuze bepalen. Die is ruim voldoende. Er is ook een prima restaurant met zitplaatsen aan het strand aan de overkant van de rustige weg. Maar er zijn meerdere restaurantjes langs de weg. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam o.a. bij het boeken van excursies.

Had the most perfect stay at Laguna Villa boutique hotel on the lovely island of Yao Nai. From start to finish could not have been better. Nancy, the hotel manager made all the arrangements for our transport from Phuket which all went very smoothly. The hotel is very well situated near to bars and restaurants. The room was perfect, spotlessly clean and well equipped. Lots of space with a great outdoor shower room and very comfortable bed. The lounge/kitchen area was well furnished. We had a super breakfast every morning. All the staff are so helpful and always happy to help. We could not recommend Laguna Villas highly enough and will hope to return very soon.

Un hôtel absolument magnifique avec un charme fou, une grande sérénité et un personnel très classe, très accueillant et souriant. Des chambres splendides très agréables avec beaucoup de place et très très bien équipées. Une piscine magnifique mais très froide à la lumière. Vraiment un hôtel à recommandé et finalement pas très loin des marchés de nuit en tuk-tuk ça coûte pas cher

I cannot say enough about this property. The food was the best I ever had and the staff were absolutely wonderful. I had 2 spa treatments and I wanted to take the cook and the masseuse home with me. Nancy coordinated all my transportation. She was terrific. I felt at home

This is the only bad experience of our month-long stay in Thailand. After asking the owner to tell us about an ATM on the island, then organizing an excursion, we had the unpleasant surprise when we returned that 500€ had disappeared from our room. We asked to check the surveillance cameras in front of the entrance to our room, but the only response from the owner was to say: no one entered your room. Of course, the €500 disappeared on its own! We were careful not to accuse her, but she continued to defend herself and threaten us with defamation if we spoke about this story!

Horrible experience. We were robbed of €500 in the accommodation in our absence. There are cameras in all common areas, but they are of no use if you have a problem. In a full month this is the only bad experience encountered in Thailand. We regretted our time on this island and especially in this hotel. Other customers had already reported the same problem, too bad we only saw it afterwards. Nothing is done by management to eradicate this recurring problem, so prefer other hotels!

We stayed here for four nights for a little R&R after our trek in Bhutan. It was a perfect balance of luxury, relaxation, and price. Our host was wonderful and very helpful in planning excursions. Individual suites surround a well maintained pool. Our villa faced the ocean. Rooms are tastefully decorated . Small kitchen. Outdoor shower. Thai dishes at their restaurant were excellent.
