Elixir Resort Koh YAO Yai

We had an amazing stay at Elixir Resort Koh Yao Yai and would happily come back. The resort has such a peaceful atmosphere, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy the island. Our villa with a private pool was definitely a highlight. It was clean, spacious, and a great place to unwind after a day of exploring or simply spend the afternoon enjoying the quiet surroundings. The staff were exceptional throughout our stay—everyone was genuinely friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Their warm hospitality made us feel well looked after from check-in to check-out. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options every morning. It was one of the best resort breakfasts we've had. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and very well maintained, with lush tropical gardens and plenty of nature surrounding the resort. The whole property feels tranquil and blends perfectly into its natural setting. Overall, Elixir Resort is a fantastic choice if you're looking for a relaxing getaway with excellent service, beautiful surroundings, and great facilities. Highly recommended!

The hotel is not so big but very cute. Thai style room and with super welcomed stuff, they are so polite! Breakfast is nice, you have a lot of choice, western and Thai. I like to eat dinner here and watching sunset. The price is expensive then the local restaurant but also reasonable, and the taste is very good. Tiki bar has happy hour from 5-7pm. Perfect time to watch sunset. The beach and pool never crowded, a perfect place for get away and relaxing. In the afternoon there are a lot of crabs to catch. There are 3 very cute dogs in this resort. If you want to have a quiet vacation and only enjoy, relaxing, I recommend this hotel.

Nice place will back again

This room is not ideal for a hijabi because it lacks privacy as it opens straight out to the pool, so people can you see you when you’re out in the pool / through the glass doors. So I would not recommend it. However, I guess it’s pretty great if you don’t have to worry about being covered haha

A peaceful place on a private beach. Quite secluded if you can’t drive a scooter. But you can do trips to other islands from hotel if you fancy some adventure.

Great hotel to just relax and chill. Staff were all fab as was the service. Pool villa was great, right on the beach with a fabulous view. Ate in the restaurant every night and had some good Thai meals. Tiki bar was good for watching the sunset during happy hour.

Good hotel with wonderful beach. Overall in good condition, can be recommended. Only restaurant takes advantage of isolated location with high prices. And don't book any excursions with hotel, also rediculous prices (book in small village close bye).
