Sea is not pleasent , pools are not cold enough , bars are closing early dj music is low quality, photo during sunset in infinite pool is the best to cover all above points

I have been here the second time and i found quite few unpleasant things at the property . First the property has gone old ,the color of villas , cottages needs a repaint . That really would bring back the freshness . Limited items in food menu for Travellers from indian subcontinent . I am a vegetarian and only had option of either pizaa or fried rice in the last 3 days . Plus the property has gone expensive witn no extra benefits .
This things has to be looked upon as i came with my family to show them a great property but i was quite upset when i came here . Hope the message reaches the decisionmakers .

The most anticipated itinerary of this trip. As a result, the room arranged by the hotel was in a great location! Difference! Everything blocked the sea view, and I was totally in the mood! Moreover, the location of the room in Building 2 is extremely low and slanted, and the environment itself is quite original. It feels like the room is dark and humid, and the room is very dark during the day! (Pictures below) We went directly to the front desk to ask for a room change. After a long process of arguing, they were told that the room was full and we couldn’t change it! If it weren't for the island, I probably wouldn't live there! The room is really scary! I booked the hotel a month in advance and it felt like they were deliberately giving rooms to Chinese people! Later, I strongly requested to change rooms and was given a room change the next day with an unparalleled sea view! ! The service staff inside all had Thai fake smiles. We arrived earlier than a pair of white people, but the front desk checked them in first! ! Then I looked at a handler and he came to handle it for me! Not enthusiastic! There are very few Chinese people on the island, basically none! If you want to come, be sure to send an email in advance to request a room! Live in Building 5.6! The first floor of Building 2 is really dark! ! It feels like a Thai horror movie

Would go to this hotel again.
However, I felt that there were a bit too many people there when we went there, and the service was not very good. The guy didn't make it clear when I checked in. The house was not cleaned for two days. The promised birthday cake was delivered very late, which was a bit disappointing. Hope it can be improved in the future.
The pool and scenery are great.
